@Shawhelp Been a customer for decades even though other providers had better rates.,found out Retention doesn't care for that I'm loyal and is ok with me leaving. So disappointed. Worst experience ever.

.@shawinfo has given 2 more updates that both basically say “we’re still working on it”. I wish they’d actually give an explanation. We’re at almost the 9 hour mark of when my internet went down. Obviously this is a major major outage at this point.
