@Shawhelp Yes because people always know that there’s a possibility they will be moving in two years…was not expecting such an inadequate response but based on the customer service I’ve received over the last 2 hours I shouldn’t be surprised 🙄

@Shawhelp What's the point. You'll tell me to power cycle, reboot my devices, try again because it "all looks good on your side" and if the problem persists you'll send out a tech in the next X days. Are there known issues around YXE?

@ShawInfo you may need to invest in some customer service/retention lessons. Losing a customer of over 10 plus years over a $180 early cancellation fee when I was unable to transfer my service is just terrible business practice

@fotogtom @ShawInfo Tech support is always useless... I knowhwo to cycle through their steps only to spend hours on the phone or online chat with them for them to tell me they have logged it.
