@Shawhelp @Jeffrey29332406 Just saying @Shawhelp , when someone asks why their internet is down. The response should be WHY it’s down, not “yeah, there’s an outage” like no **** shirlock, we’re asking why there’s an outage.

@Shawhelp So... My internet has been up and down for the last 2 months during the times I work. Now. I just got told by customer service that someone cut a fibre optic line and it will be down 6hrs. Month refund or partial refund would be appropriate. South Calgary.

@Shawhelp How can I lower my bill, I was receiving an “offer” which has apparently expired. What offers do you have now for a 20+ year customer?

@shawinfo @Rogers will invest 6.5 billion in Western Canada to build "critically needed 5G networks" Who fcking asked for 5G. Spend money improving overall coverage would be a better solution. Speeds of current wireless is only crap where coverage is weak. 5G wont solve it.

@AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.

@telus if Telus sales people were smart, they’d have a signup special right now for all the @Shawhelp people right now. Over 12 hours and no internet, no eta. Bad customer service.

Moving to an area that @ShawInfo @Shawhelp does not service and they won’t let us out of our contract. Is this an issue for the @CRTCeng?

It would be nice if @ShawInfo updated their Support Articles. So many ones out of date that it is hard to find answers about products that I'm interested in!
