@ShawInfo can I get a bill sent to me? Over the last two weeks I’ve been on hold for over 8 hours and no one can open my account so I can see a bill. It’s been three months and I’ve never received one bill. Just emails demanding payment. I want to see a bill! Please do something!

@Shawhelp As a Shaw residential customer, I visited Shaw store in Chinook for a mobile. Shaw agent asked if I have credit card. She said without credit card, I won’t be able to get a mobile. I do have credit card...but why would you need my card number for? Go check my credit

After filing the complaint, Shaw called me. They sent a technician who found that the modem hadn't been properly installed and the configuration risked over heating and burning out. Hence some difficulties. But it was @Shawhelp who installed it this way. Whoops!
