Shaw internet never finishes their “updates” on time. Again no service and many depend on it. Should be issuing credits for service paid for but not delivered. @ShawInfo

@TELUS said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today their AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb pole and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

@conamaraa @Shawhelp Unfortunately, I cannot change my service at the moment. To be honest, I don’t think switching carriers will help much either. Canadian internet in general is terrible and there’s a lot of factors why but, I think major telecoms like Shaw, Rogers and Telus are a big reason why.
