    @Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now
