@Shawhelp hey is there a known issue where tv gets stuck.. and then picks up a good few min later? I have PVR shows where there are random mins of the show missing. I notice it happens while watching tv live too. It would freeze for a few mins before it skips to live again.

Just horrendous customer service from @Shawhelp. I'd recommend another ISP if you rely on an internet connection for work but Canada's landscape for that kind of thing is trash so I guess *******.
