Hey @TELUS - your Customer Service is atrocious. Been trying to move our service to our new house and have been on hold for over FOUR HOURS. Any chance of retaining us as a customer is completely gone. #SwitchingToShaw (@shawinfo got us all hooked up during the 4hr wait with you)

@Shawhelp your website only shows outage in Burnaby but there's no internet in Aldergrove (Langley) either since at least 8:30am this morning. Please fix, I don't see a way to report it on your website.
