I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. As a customer of over 25 years, this is a brutal way to treat your existing clients. #extortion 🤬

I will be cancelling my subscription when my contract is up and no there is "nothing you can do" at this point. I am done.
