@Shawhelp Is that the @shawhelp morning crew, or are you expecting this trouble to take until. tomorrow to fix? How hard can it be? Where was the last place the signal worked? Go forward from there, it's a 1/2 square block area.

Once again @ShawInfo's service is down. (To be fair, it may not be their fault. It's always possible that BC ferries had a malfunction and ran down a telephone pole in Whalley.)

@Shawhelp I can understand....sort of....the length of time needed to pinpoint such a small area (is there not software that can ping all your modems in a fairly large area, and then identify on a map those that do not answer?) But once the small area is identified, shouldn't the issue..

@Shawhelp installed blue curve. should be called brown curve. works like ****. four interactions with shaw to get it to work and today they curve off from support chat.if this message fails to work back to telus which worked flawless.

NOT cool @Shawhelp #Shaw. Spent the entire afternoon on a chat trying tot roubleshoot my modem. They’ll send a replay by mail. I have to work from home, and I need internet. Ever heard of couriers? Why can’t we phone support anymore?
