    @shawhelp Is internet service still down in parts of Edm? I had 7 outages on March 14 and since 9:00am on March 15 it has been down entirely. We are now over 24 hours of no internet service. For the cost of a 2yr contract I expect a reliable system or at least communication!

    @Shawhelp Internet currently down in Saskatoon. Don't see any outage notification on the website. I'd like to find out what the issue is.

    @AlbertaatNoon yes I've already made plans to cancel my @ShawInfo account if and when this merger goes through. All this will do is make Brad shaw an even richer person. Customers will suffer, and people will lose jobs.

    @Shawhelp we had issues with wifi for many years and have made multiple calls/tweets. Finally an agent sent us a new splitter and said that was the solution. Now still no blue curve and terrible wifi. Will I ever get good service from Shaw???

    @Shawhelp @VallisMeg It seems to be just Lightspeed on vancouver island that is down, not @Shawhelp . No ETA.

    @Shawhelp It would make sense to charge a cancellation fee if I was cancelling my service to go to another provider, but you do not service the area I am moving to, therefore you are unable to fulfill your end of the contract.
