    @Shawhelp is there an issue with homepods right now? Any device trying to connect to pod gets a password error. Multiple attempts to troubleshoot pods has failed. And an error occurs when trying to remove pod from network to reconnect. I’ve been left with leaving unplugged

    @Shawhelp Are you still working on the guide issue? It's really out of whack for the last 3 days. It seems it's getting worse

    @Shawhelp No, it's actually been very weak this whole year and many times last year. I've asked Shaw for help many times before but all they tell me to do is unplug and plug the modem. I don't have any issues upstairs but downstairs is really bad and it never was like that before.

    @Shawhelp Thanks Tom, I was able to speak to someone to cancel without penalty, it was that bad.
