@Shawhelp Literal months of terrible internet. The moment spring/summer came around I've been getting blackouts and slowdowns so bad that if I want to watch or do anything internet related I need to plan the download a day in advanced. Shaw is terrible.

After about an hour with @Shawhelp people I have found out that not only do I not have Internet til Tuesday, dead modem, I can't even take the modem somewhere and swap it. I have to wait for a tech to bring on with them on a service call. Drop it off and take the old one.

@Shawhelp My wish is.....when watching Shaw on Demand.... For the pause function to work when I press the button instead of a pause before the pause, and a fast-forward/rewind function that works. I've never understood why this has never been addressed. Is Telus on Demand the same? 😠
