    @Shawhelp Experiencing TV and Internet outage and poor service. TV and internet go down intermittently, (every 30 secs) and when it's not down, sound cuts out picture freezes. Internet is slow and unreliable and cuts out. The area is West Edmonton, Belmead, T5T1J1

    @Shawhelp Starter at 10 pm on Sunday night. Internet is LAGGY and even shuts off for a few minutes. It's 12:48 am and still nothing. Been waiting for 3 hours on the 24 hour support line at the website, no response from anyone yet.

    @Shawhelp yall are absolutely useless. i deal with coegco in southern ontario at my other place and the service never gets abandoned like this

    @heidenreichphil @Shawhelp It was a card they needed to replace and they didn't have any on site. A new one had to be shipped from a different city to replace it. Hence why the MANY hours of horrible service Gotta love how Shaw handles their business

    @Shawhelp Why do you guys CONSTANTLY screw up the GUIDE. Today, for example, your guide shows that Tennis is on TSN 4... but it turns out to be USA v GERMANY in the WHC. This happens ALL THE TIME. Get your **** together!!!
