Hi @Shawhelp - my tv remote has lost two functions: “last” and the number pad is not working. Everything else is fine. There is a green light when I press those keys, and I’ve changed out the batteries. Thoughts?

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp I hate telus But your internet might send me back to them. I get disconnected multiple times a week or even day. Yes I called customer service and turning on and off the router/restarting gateway can help. But surely I shouldn't have to do this every week?
