    @Shawhelp. Internet, TV and Phone have been offline for more than 8 hours in the London Road area of Lethbridge. Restarted modem more than once and nothing. Please help.

    @Shawhelp Thanks fr your reply, but I've had to go all the way to the CRTC because, during an earlier sim sub issue, Shaw support _lied_ to me all the way up to management and told me sim sub wasn't Shaw's responsibility. I'm not going down that hole again.
