    @Shawhelp Hey, one of your technicians came to my house to fix the TV and broke the internet. The next available appointment they’re offering is 5 days from now. I work from home full time and this is absolutely unacceptable.

    @yycgirlxoxo @Shawhelp i mean sure. but theyre both absolute garbage. i just grabbed the basic pack for local news, but realized its not worth even finding the remote.
