    @Shawhelp Tried online support to move service. Didn’t happen on the day promised. Technician to come 2 days after. He canceled due to Covid in his world. Said he’d get someone else. Now it’s Monday afternoon before someone else comes. Not happy.

    @Shawhelp Query is regarding the WWE Network. Pay-per-view events have always been included w/ the network, but I noticed SHAW is not listing next week's #WrestleMania on the channel. Is this an oversight by Shaw or is the PPV not airing on the network b/c of the Peacock deal in the U.S.?

    @Shawhelp I understand, but that is to buy. Wwe network the channel isn't listing wrestlemania shouldn't it be listed on that channel?

    @Shawhelp internet service outage in Barrhead? Went down about 20 minutes ago. Reboot of modem has not fixed the issue. Can you confirm?

    @Shawhelp Is there a website or Twitter account where Shaw subscribers can inquire about channels and program availability? I've inquired through Shaw "Help" before, but y'all have proved yourselves uninformed about such topics.

    @Shawhelp but why is the wwe network not showing wwe hall of fame for tomorrows schedule or wrestlemania part 1 and part 2 for Saturday and Sunday

    @Shawhelp WrestleMania is April 10th & 11th (traditionally on the WWE Network). WWE Network no longer exists in USA, but still does in Canada & elsewhere globally. So I don't know WHO I'd contact to find this out. SHAW should really have a dedicated web page regarding similar issues.

    @Shawhelp @_snaccident_ When multiple people report their internet is down there’s an outage. Shaw just says no outages lol. The internet had been garbage for two weeks up around fort St. John been out multiple times.

    Called @Shawhelp because I couldn't login to my Shaw account. Webpage told me to call. Waited, explained, explained it wasn't webmail. Put on hold. Disconnected.
