  • WillyGrant ***** (@WillyGrant) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

I’m paying for a service from @Shawhelp that I’m not receiving. I call. You are unable to fix. I ask for a credit for the 36 days of non-service and I’m offered 14 days. Why would you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving? @TELUS I’d like to switch.

  • cindylouywg Cindy (@cindylouywg) reported

@Shawhelp Hey folks, our internet is down in St. Boniface (Winnipeg). Any ETA or explanation of what’s up?

  • Plotnikon Kodalith (@Plotnikon) reported

@JimTSF @Shawhelp Oh heck yes. I renewed my plan. And it took 5 attempts for them to actually get the new modem to me. Its a total crap show with them

  • rslade Robert Slade (@rslade) reported

@Shawhelp Well, @Shawhelp, your support service sucks as much as your Internet service. Latency on the Internet, and failures in the suggested links to support.

  • JimTSF Jim Lapage (@JimTSF) reported

Just horrendous customer service from @Shawhelp. I'd recommend another ISP if you rely on an internet connection for work but Canada's landscape for that kind of thing is trash so I guess *******.

  • IanCassley Ian Cassley (@IanCassley) reported

@Shawhelp why has it taken 6 months, so far, to get our cable buried? Our service has been running above ground along a park, across the lane and across our yard since January or February!! Phoned at least three times and told it's "a work in progress". I don't see any progress!

  • RockiesRanger Andy (@RockiesRanger) reported

@Shawhelp Thanks, but the problem is with my device protection provider, the one that you sell and I pay you for, but you can't help with when there's a problem.
