My 2 year contract with @ShawHelp is about to expire, and they have been harassing me to sign another 2 year contract with no incentive for me. Every time they call I tell them not to call again, but they keep calling at least weekly. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

@Shawhelp tried paying online and twice now payment did not work. Contacted shaw mobile support and they suggested alternate payment method is the only way to fix this? Can u help me figure out how to pay bill?

@garethlewin @Shawhelp Esp when you've already told them all the steps you've gone through to diagnose the problem. Then you have to go back to step one.
