    @ShawInfo No Internet , Tv and phone service from last 20 hours by shaw . This happened 2nd time in last two weeks. Worst experience never had issues with telus in last 6 years.

    @Shawhelp Generic updates are not really helpful. Its so frustrating to see same type of updates as the last outage two weeks ago. We as customers deserve to have more clarity. Our livelihoods depend on internet.

    We lost @Shawhelp in #surreybc this morning around midnight…we remain disconnected. On Canada Day we went 28 hours. 48 hours without service in less than 3 weeks. Both times crews are deployed to Fraser Highway where the SkyTrain construction is beginning.

    @ShawInfo Its been more than 20 hours with no internet,Tv and phone service in my house. This is second time in last three weeks..I had telus for 6 years never had a single time program.
