    @Shawhelp hi Shaw help. Your reps Melissa and Tom with your help line were unable to help me with purchasing one or two additional services. This is due to them being unable to call me due to your social media polices. But I can’t get through to you as I waited 50 minutes.

    Why should you oppose a @Rogers/ @ShawInfo merger to the @CRTCeng? Here's why: My mom has no contract with Rogers, owns her devices outright. She began having connectivity issues within' days of receiving texts to upgrade and texts about plan upgrades 1/2) #telecoms #rogers

    @TekSavvyCSR internet was extremely slow and mostly down throughout the workday yesterday. Cleared up after 5pm (ugh). Been back down off and on again this afternoon as well as currently. In WPG, MB. Your lines are through @Shawhelp. Is the problem on your end or theirs?

    The level of frustration i feel when i communicate w/ @Shawhelp is astounding. Their customer service used to be incredible. Now that they've got monopoly on all svs people want...it is not so awesome. Makes me wanna pull my nose hairs out 1 at a time. I mean..if i had nose hairs
