    @ShawInfo Additional adjectives could be.....lack of knowledge, lack of accountability and or care to retain the customer.....all about sign up the customer and frustrate them enough the simply pay and stop pursuing their complaint.

    @Shawhelp Home internet connectivity has been terrible for days. Tried live chat support with no result. Can’t get any phone support or a callback. Would appreciate some customer service please....
