    @Shawhelp hi! Our power was out yesterday and when it came back on last night the internet never came back, it's still not able to connect this morning in West Vancouver. Are there any ETA's on this? Thanks so much!

    @Shawhelp I can't tell you how many times we've connected with someone. They tell us to turn off, turn back on. We've done that, several times. We've had TWO techs visit, one on Dec 21, 1 on Dec 28 and both have told us it's Shaw's problem, that it's NOT in the house.
