    How absolutely frustrating. For more than a month now, we've had sporadic issues accessing the internet at our @AccessArtsCA offices with @ShawInfo. Our entire team is forced to tether from their personal cell data plan to get any work done. I've had it.

    @JustCariL @Shawhelp Not sure they know….one agent at 6:00 am said there was a fire in our area, after that it’s just been “working on it” we have had downed trees loss of power, but never an outage for this long…quite frustrating

    @Shawhelp I'm staying in a short term rental and the internet modem is flashing green. It lets us connect but "without internet connection". What can we do to fix this? Please help! Our teenager is suffering!

    @Pinkpacker @TELUSsupport Just cancel. The internet service is so slow that you may as well be in '95. I bet @Shawhelp would get you a nice plan.

    @olive_jackie @DarshanVancity @Shawhelp To be fair, it's hard to tell what it's going to take to fix a problem until they determine what the problem is. **** happens...I just expect a credit for this major inconvenience. They can't control everything but they can control that.

    Every time I contact @ShawInfo to have some service or set up, every single time they screw it up. And again today. More competition would be better than less.
