    WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

    been working from home. my @ShawInfo Internet goes down daily, often multiple times. scheduling my fourth visit from a tech and the CSR suggests that I could use my 'shaw go-wifi' and head to a coffee shop or something. uh, no. that's why I pay for home internet. FOURTH VISIT
