    Please avoid @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. The sign you to a #contract and then are in no rush to fix things when you have a problem. 10 days with no internet and the next appointment (didn't fix it the first time) isn't for a other 4 days. They don't care #saynotoshaw

    @Shawhelp Unfortunately the support team could care less. I've been a customer for 20 years. I've had no internet for 10 days and it will be 14 by the time another tech shows up. I can't understand how you can force me to wait another week when the problem wasn't fixed the first time

    @Ihartcompassion @TELUSsupport @ShawInfo 👆same problem! I can't do anything on 5G when VPN is on. I also tried the iOS Private Relay which is Apple's build int VPN and no connection at all.

    @brittlestar And everyone wonders why I am frustrated by the coming merger between @Rogers and @ShawInfo . Shaw fixes its problems without having to tweet it to millions. I don't want to be a Rogers customer. We need more competition not less!

    You would think the price I am paying @ShawInfo for my internet it wouldn't go down at 3x times a day and their Customer service would actually be helpful and not telling me that nothing they can do.

    Looking for an #internet provider. Please think again if you are looking @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. I'm a 20 year customer and have had no internet for 10 days with no end in sight. #poorcustomerservice doesn't think it's a priority to get it fixed. Please look for a #reliable option.

    @Shawhelp @Graham_CGY I wish I could rewind the clock by 10 days. A time when I had internet service. #dontgetcaught like I did. look for another provider. @shaw can't deliver the goods

    @Shawhelp Yep I got an "incident number" . Yep they will "follow up with me" . Yep they have "techs working in my area". At the end of the day nobody made contact, nobody followed up. I still have #nointernet from @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. #day10
