    @ShawInfo we are very unhappy with your customer service today. Internet/tv issues all day - no info on your site about service disruptions, can’t reach anyone on chat, waited on phone to finally speak to an agent and told there is a planned 4 day upgrade that is unlisted??

    @Shawhelp I left that crap company a year ago to switch to Shaw wireless and I have never been happier with my service, billing and cell plan. I know you have nothing to do with if Shaw is sold to them but please please please don’t let that company buy Shaw 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

    @Shawhelp Any problems in Lethbridge? There was scheduled maintenance from 12am - 6am MT but our wifi is still out. 2nd night in a row it's been out.
