    @TELUSsupport @TELUS is it so hard for you guys to fix a bill? Its been months. So many long calls. Horrible customer service. I wish I could just end the services in a blink. So freaking mad right now. Every single time falsely assured. @ShawInfo resolved promptly every time.

    @Shawhelp picture and sound glitches out every few minutes and every other few minutes the screen will go black for at least a second. Tough to watch. I have rebooted everything and the problem remains. Just moved to Shaw a week ago, internet seems fine but TV is not. Any ideas?

    @IBMninja @Shawhelp I had worse customer service than that recently from Verizon. So awful that I spent several hours over a few days trying to switch back to my previous cell provider. Unsuccessfully. But @VerizonSupport is worse.

    @Shawhelp once again a service call to troubleshoot your equipment on Gabriola Is. for an external wifi booster on a power pole has been cancelled. We seem unable to make it clear it’s your equipment having trouble. @frankmoher

    @Shawhelp (We need to keep small pack tv service with new internet and cancelling our phone, but agent ended up switching everything over tonight and ending call without our consent.) Now waiting for third agent to call back to switch us to bridge modem until Friday.
