@MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

@Shawhelp Not much help Unfortunatly. I get bounced around from department to department which have all been full of empty promises - your phone lines and email are of no help. I’ll add that number to the other two 888 numbers I’ve been told to call.

@Shawhelp @Miradart How about some more info? Where is the outage? What is the explanation for the delay? And why has our phone, internet and cable gone off, on and back off this evening after this morning's outage?

Since @Rogers took over @Shawhelp the customer service & quality of services in general has gone downhill. 1.5 hours + counting of waiting to talk to specialist via chat support. Website keeps crashing. Bill has gone up. TV connection issues. WiFi sucks. Ridiculous. @RogersHelps

@Shawhelp Very dissapointing service, is it the customers job to remind you to update the page? There still isn't service it's been over 14 hours now. There wasn't any bad weather or anything. What's the process to cancel the service. As I will be filing a complaint with the CRTC as well.

@Shawhelp Just a big thanks for ruining my hockey playoffs with my TV issues, 2 calls to my house for them to say it is outside. No date of resolution, help desk said it could be a month or 6. Really?

So, @shawhelp, if there has been an outage for two mornings in a row because it is "complex", do we get a break on our bill? We are not getting what we paid for.
