Has anyone found their @Shawhelp @ShawInfo internet to be quite slow? I asked about the performance issues and they said I could pay more to get a better speed...which begs why they sold me on an inferior product...

Very disappointed @ShawInfo They use to care about their customers. Your “loyalty team” what a joke now. I have stayed with Shaw for 20 yrs because of your customer service being top notch. Now it shows you don’t care for long time customers so now I shall look elsewhere.

Shaw internet is the worst. Terrible wifi. Paying for 150 mbps, getting 4. Brutal. Stay away from Shaw @ShawInfo so disappointed and frustrated
