    @Shawhelp I am incredibly disappointed with the help I am not receiving. Since switching to Shaw Mobile I have been unable to receive incoming calls for multiple days on 2 occasions. Today I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for any type of resolution. This sucks.

    @Shawhelp problem is, it isn't just in my home, it's at my work over 15 km away, it's at my wife's work... it's everywhere. I am not the only person whom has noticed the decline in service 👎

    @Shawhelp To all Shaw Customers: know about Shaw's new way of business! You terminate the home contract (after 10 plus years) because Shaw can't offer you what you want , you get a bill for terminating the contract without any details, you ask why and they send you to collection!

    @ShawInfo i dont believe. every six month i need change new modern one time because shaw cannot fix. every time i chat with agent. they ask same question and do same reset. waste my time.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
