@Shawhelp We need more than these general statements now, please. Let us know how severe this issue is and how much longer it will take to restore service, as your shift will be ending soon and people will need to plan ahead for the work day tomorrow if the outage can't be resolved by then

@Red__Wilson @Shawhelp That's what I'm saying lol. It's been out since I woke up at 4am... I have service through another company on Shaw lines and Shaw didn't even bother communicating with them about an issue then told them it's a "cut line" 🧐
