Hey @Shawhelp. Any advice for what to do when your BlueCurve app freezes during On Demand programs? Really frustrating when it starts over and you can't skip forward to the time it froze. Any idea when you will have a fix in place? Thanks

@Shawhelp I have tried the instructions on that page. Also the only thing provided by your tech. It did not work. I was never prompted to download/install iOS Profile. Hence cannot connect to ShawPasspoint. ShawOpen is the only one that works.

@Shawhelp BlueCurve Home app keeps crashing. Can't activate WiFi extender. We have WiFi but no internet. Help please. Online support is not resolving the issue.
