Hey @Shawhelp maybe you can help with service for my move to Nelson, BC. Currently with @Telus @Telussupport with internet 150 and being told to either take 6mbps(?!) or pay a huge $210 disconnection fee. Tried to escalate to mgmt and got a cut and paste nonsensical reply.

Happy Switch Day to us. We are once again switching back and forth from @Shawhelp to @TELUSsupport We all do this thinking this time the other won't be ****...but we all know...it's going to be **** and in 2-3 years we will switch back.

Help @Shawhelp On a mandatory Zoom course today and internet went down about an hour ago. Hard to do this course on my phone. Other people in my building lost their Shaw internet too. We are in White Rock.

@Shawhelp Yes!Do you think that is a normal way to use a service? Doing this 30 times a day to your internet modem or cable for the last 3 months, is not the an acceptable service. Technician came and he said is nothing that he can't do and never a Shaw problem and yet no service.

Came home to no WIFI and @Shawhelp says they'll get a technician over there next month to fix...I wonder how busy they must be setting up new customers before restoring service to existing customers.
