@Shawhelp .. I should be able to see my terms without waiting on hold for 4 or 5 hours(literally what I had to do get the contract made in the first place).. I want to know if I can cancel and go somewhere else(with better customer service)

@Shawhelp after 6 weeks of nonstop issues with my cable. Multiple chats with chat. Countless rebooting of my cable box. A service visit which resolved nothing. I finally decided to cancel shaw. Agent asked me to give them one more chance and booked another service visit.

@SocMedGirlyyj @Shawhelp Our power went out briefly in Fairfield. I checked the BCHydro site for reasons and I saw the outage in Saanich. It said that the number of homes affected in Saanich was... are you ready for this... "12". ???

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Received a text msg saying, "you successfully made changed your rate" I did not make the change. I phoned the number provided. Received no help, tried to chat online, no help.

@ShawInfo three chats, two phone calls, and one in-person store visit. That's what I have been put through by Shaw trying to settle my dad's final bill after his passing. I'm now embarrassed to say that I have been a shaw customer most of my adult life.

@Shawhelp appointment was for today between 4-6pm. We waited and waited. 6 pm rolls around and no show. I get a call from Shaw around 6:05 saying my service guy couldn’t make it and if I wanted to rebook the service call. This was a second chance and shaw cancels my appointment.
