    @Shawhelp Now that there's no cable anymore, is the TV signal going to cut out whenever - like now? Our WiFi was fine.

    @Shawhelp I need help. My cable keeps cutting out - to the point I can’t watch anything. The shows I recorded also have issues. Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Calgary? I've got no TV and internet i think is down too. I've unplugged both modem and cable box, plugged back in and nothing

    @Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.
