    Going to have to call it today, internet just dropping 1000 frames every couple minutes is just killing my vibe. Love paying for top tier internet is get bottom tier service. Cheers @ShawInfo

    I’ve had my Shaw @Shawhelp account since 1999. This is the first time I’ve been called rude as they are doubling my monthly fee for less service after 21 years do I switch to @TELUS ?

    @Shawhelp i suppose i’m lucky to have an engineer visit my house tomorrow after I’ve had two weeks of problems. Virtually no internet on a 300 Mbps service

    Ugh! Called @Shawhelp to get the tv boxes rebooted. Now another one (that was originally okay) doesn’t work. Probably time to just cancel TV all together.
