    @Shawhelp Our internet has been intermittent this week and now there's zero connection. Connected to your customer service and the earliest tech available is 3 days from now. So we are just left with zero connection. Zero work, zero school. So what can we do?

    @ShawInfo the issue is still there and this technician that was supposed to come at 12 today haven’t even showed up till 2:30.That’s not even the worst part becozz of your poor service and false consolidations by technicians I got an “F “ in my college midterm.And can’t attend2/3

    Phone @Shawhelp because my internet has been dropping every 15 minutes for the last week “So you are looking to upgrade your service??” No I am actually simply looking to get reliable service for what I am already overpaying for.

    @Shawhelp I have been having problems with a few HD channels, this has been going on for 2 months. The first time I mentioned it was via a chat, next time was DM. There is some picture but mainly scrambled pixels. I shouldn't have to pay full pop for less than 100% product.
