Returning unwanted gear back to @Shawhelp @ShawInfo via their method? Even after they receive the items before the 10-day limit they will have a collection agency send you a letter saying you owe them money. Why? because you didn't contact them with the Tracking number! #wtf

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

So @bchydro doesn’t know how to do their jobs and has taken out the @ShawInfo network, costing us all thousands of dollars in lost work. Good times.

  • WestKelownian Gordon Swaters 🇺🇦 (@WestKelownian) reported

@Shawhelp The option to "hide" unsubscribed channels on the guide on the Gateway HDPVR is malfunctioning. Tech support has updated, reset, and rebooted remotely (I've done a hard reboot too) many times but the problem persists. Worked fine until recently. Settings are correct!

  • Noosiekins Vanessa (@Noosiekins) reported

@Shawhelp what's going on with your blue curve tv? It keeps freezing and infreezing. Doesn't look like it's a channel issue.

  • spidey4444 RL (@spidey4444) reported

@Shawhelp is there an internet outage around Coquitlam British Columbia? Internet doesn’t seem to want to connect!

@mgeist @FP_Champagne Minister of innovation. We need to know what innovation will come from the sale for the average customer that is already struggling to pay their bills? What innovation will the 4th wireless provider have when @ShawInfo didn’t even bid for spectrum knowing it will disadvantage dem

  • racing_flamingo db (@racing_flamingo) reported

@Shawhelp two levels of service desk interactions and 45 minutes of being told to reset the modem I'm told it's a service outage in my neighborhood, and still nothing on your website. Looking forward #Telus in my neighborhood, and I never thought I'd say that.

  • SEBEssexGrl Sarah Burton (@SEBEssexGrl) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp - I hope you are now going to compensate businesses in the Heritage Pointe area. Down on Friday and down again today. Appalling service.

  • MsYouDoYou BdblE (@MsYouDoYou) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

I hope @ShawInfo plans to pay for this day of lost work and explain to my staff why payroll is delayed because this is some insane bullshit. Also, when you have a recorded message about an outage, your website shouldn’t say “good news! No outages!”
