@kel_varn @Shawhelp Oh good to know. Nothing is fixed tho and they just keep pointing me over to chat with tech support... One can only talk to tech support so many times in a week.

Ok @Shawhelp last week my internet went out, called and got tech appointment for sept.12, now got text saying tech will be coming today the 11th between 12 and 2, confused and frustrated customer here

@ShawInfo finally a new service provider in my area. After 25 years paying outrageous prices last 15 years $200 plus, never the same I can get better, more than services that **** #shaw can provide @ 1/4 the $ . YOU SUCK SHAW....

@Shawhelp finally clued in to the problem with my smart plugs not working.. After whatever update was done to my xb7 modem not allowing me to change WiFi settings they stopped working. Ended up shutting off the 2.4 ghz WiFi radio and running my own AP for 2.4ghz. All works now
