Hey @ShawInfo… I live in Hope, BC. You know, the community you’ve left with no internet for 10+ days. @TELUS has setup a booth on main street advertising their high-speed fibre optic internet. Coincidence? I can only guess that’s bad news for you!!🧐 #shaw #internetshutdown

@Shawhelp Very let down by Shaw. Rely on Shaw wifi for everything. Security, work, Communications, TV, music. Everything. My modem quit on Thurs at 11:45. Helpful phone tech tried for 30 minutes. Concluded I need a service call. Earliest available is Sunday. Down 3 days. Brutal.

@Shawhelp Please ensure that all Shaw employees explain that well before selling the product. Maybe a map in the store would help as it is very limited.
