@Shawhelp Hi. I tried to get the fibre+300 internet for my home (monthly) yesterday,but when inserted my credit card to finish the purchase, there was an technical issue. Tried to call but nobody was working at that time. Do I need to call Shaw to get the Fibre+300 home internet?

1/ Worst experience 2night with @Shawhelp. Called to cancel internet effective end of month. 1st rep put me "on hold" for 25 minutes & didn't come back. 2nd rep canceled internet immediately instead of 30th. 3rd rep said it was reinstated but it wasn't. 4th rep said can't be

@shawhelp is a misnomer. Almost impossible to get help. No retail outlet anymore (cost saving move?). Phone help is useless. Apparently they don't send anyone to your house to help solve a problem (despite paying $250 per month).

Totally fed up with Shaw. Audio cuts out repeatedly and it’s always the same responses which never fix the issue. Numerous complaints re same and pixelation. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp Good morning! I am going to try this again when I am not running around. Tried to order internet signal booster pods when I was running around and somehow lost the chat before we completed the transaction. I'm back for a do-over.
