    @Shawhelp It won't allow me to return your request for a direct message. Super. Now phone and internet are having problems but remember I pay you 3 months in advance only to spend a minimum of 8 hours a month on the phone with your people. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp I have and this happening with both of my BlueCurve wireless boxes. I have also reset my modem via the My Shaw app. Also reached out to Amazon who weren’t any help

    @Shawhelp 4 hours plus outage that started with a 2 second poer outage. You were notified of the internet, tv and landline outage right at the start, and still no ETA for resolution. Not very impressive.

    @Shawhelp Terrible connection every day. Not even getting 25% of my plan while sitting right beside the modem. It's pathetic.
