    Ahh good ol @Shawhelp nice guy on the phone let me know the earliest they can send a tech out to look at the problem with the drop box is maybe Sunday evening. I know it’s not out. Bit spotty service makes it hard to work or stream when it goes out randomly

    @Shawhelp Does the WiFi Access Points outage also affect wired devices? Have clients in Victoria & Nanaimo, that operate Shaw Go WiFi hotspots, experiencing sporadic bandwidth issues. Related or coincidence?

    @TELUSsupport is there a way of finding out when a neighbourhood will get Fibre Optics installed for fast internet home service. I have been struggling with @Shawhelp while working from home and am looking for consistent options.

    @Shawhelp hi there. 20+ yr customer here. Had to cancel my value plan as I needed to sell my house unexpectedly. I had 1 year left. According to cancellation terms - $20/month plus@outstanding bill. That is $240 + my outstanding bill of $150= $390 + tax (cont) 1/2
