    Another outage @Shawhelp. Third today and second full, long outage in just over a week. Open ticket but no communication to customers on their website for any of it.

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

    Shaw/Rogers never responded to lowering my bill and I’ve even tried chat and calling multiple times in the past. I am in the process of filing a CRTC complaint. @RogersHelps @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
