    @Shawhelp It won't allow me to return your request for a direct message. Super. Now phone and internet are having problems but remember I pay you 3 months in advance only to spend a minimum of 8 hours a month on the phone with your people. @ShawInfo

    @ShawInfo thank you so much for the crappy customer service! Service is going to be suspended and I can’t pay the bill until the 27th but you guys don’t care. Told to just pay the bill. Truly is sad when a veteran is treated like this! 1/2

    @TELUSsupport That doesn’t help. I would like someone to call me as I can’t wait around for 45 minutes on the phone. Or just cancel this and I’ll go back to @ShawInfo as they so far provide better service and I get what I pay for
