Ziad 😷 Fazel 🇨🇦🇺🇦💉 (@ZiadFazel) reportedDealing with @Shawhelp @Rogers even when all you did is cancel your longtime Shaw service.. But they keep billing you and hitting you with late charges and threatening cancellation… …when you have already cancelled and sent back modem & tv box, proven by courier waybill.

Les Stelmach 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@LesIsMore1) reported@slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp The new cable-less TV boxes are terrible: everytime the WiFi is interrupted by less than a nanosecond, it crashes. I end up watching on apps instead. So-called 'progress' is actually worse than the tech before it.
