    Its so convenient that @shawhelp is closed whenever my Bluecurve Gateway app won't connect whatsoever and keeps telling me to try again. For the millionth time, my solution is once again to unplug and plug the gateway back in. #garbagetech #bluecurvesucks

    @Shawhelp well over twenty minutes and the only thing Shaw help did was send me a link to a chat where I was the only one there. This seems to be how Shaw Help works now because this is what has happened the past three times I tried to get help. Good luck if you need help.

    @winpegal @ShawInfo Yea, three seperate multiple hour maintenances in less in a month. Glad I never got a contract, it's ridiculous.

    @Shawhelp The past few weeks I've had glitches in my TV signal every ~30-45s or so. They are replicated if I rewind & replay the feed. It's present on a few channels, but much more noticeable on @Sportsnet. Any ideas?

    @Shawhelp is there a service outage in southwest Calgary? Everything just went offline and the gateway is blinking orange

    @AlliAlliG @Shawhelp It doesn’t matter. They never see any issues on their end. I run a community fb group as well and everybody is saying some of the BlueCurve channels like Sportsnet 360 have random glitching on them. Ever since they added their 4K.
