@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo One of the happiest days of my life was taking the MTS modem to the post office to mail it back to them. Too many issues to list. Valley Fiber since. Better service, no issues, cheaper. No question.

@Shawhelp Oh, we still are having the experience. No service since yesterday. Tech walked out saying he was getting a ladder & 2nd person. Never came back. Hung up on 2x by customer service after asking for a supervisor (2nd time could hear super in the background telling him to hang up).

@ShawInfo very disappointed Shaw chose to do upgrades during the daytime, cutting 1000's of households off from internet, TV, and phone service. In all the years we have been Shaw customers, you have never done this. And it's not for a couple of hours, it's well over 12 hours w/o

@JenniferGurke @ShawInfo Bell MTS is terrible….you get what you pay for. Customer service hours are very limited. Bills are a ******* mess of gibberish and when you cancel be prepared to get a bill in the mail 2-3 months later saying you still owe money and that it’s gone to collections

@Sportsnet you and @Shawhelp really need to fix the signal issues with SN360 because now its straight up dropping entire program blocks. No I will not waste time with DMs, apparently its a known issue... TALK TO EACH OTHER. jesus murphy figure it the hell out.
