    @Shawhelp curious why your customer service folks think talking down and dismissing client concerns is appropriate? When trying to gather info on a new phone, maybe their training shouldn’t include “act like the client is an idiot” 🙄 #timetocancel

    @Shawhelp we've had random, intermittent connection losses that last 15 seconds to 30 minutes for about six weeks. A Shaw tech came and checked our stuff, said our hardware & cabling is fine. I recently upgraded to fiber hoping it might help (it didn't) & it's no faster.

    @Shawhelp our pvr is seriously ticking me off and the fact we’ve contact a tech/agent 4 times and they’ve sent someone Out 3 times and the issue is still not fixed this is ridiculous I’m losing my patience

    @Shawhelp Still having issues chatting in. One phone call says the extra line will be taken off my account and the other call says they don't know when the extra line will be taken off. Please help. I cannot afford a $1000 bill.

    @Shawhelp just have a question a couple months ago upgraded to fiber gig l but after the slow internet issue that you guys were having recently my latency on my Xbox it went up to 81ms and it was only 39ms before
