Dekks "Stream Dog" Shepherd #BlackLivesMatter (@DekksShepherd) reported@Shawhelp Thank you so much for the absymal service! I love not being able to stream on a service that can't keep a constant upload speed. BTW how much is a new modem? Your incompetent tech support caused me to drop it a few times.... very forcefully.

Scott Graham (@WFLBC) reportedAaaaand I'm back down to 160. Come on @Shawhelp.
-
Julie Ali (@JulieYAli) reported@kootscrutinizer @Shawhelp @TELUS I'm not sure if this counts as "eligible" problems since their contract specifies that they can go up to 300. However, in my opinion this does count as poor service since the expectation is that service will be consistent and reliable during work hours at home. Why else get it?

Mouse (@BeatrixLocasta) reported.@Shawhelp it’d be nice if, when you offered the call back service for ‘next caller in line’ and you call back, you aren’t stuck on hold for 45 minutes... for a simple 1 minute call, need the technician back because the first trip didn’t solve the problem. I hung up.
