    @ShawInfo Any reports of freedom mobile wifi or hime Internet issues in the Abbotsford area, could it be the Hope fire having something to do with it… Or should I be looking for an email with the BC flood header?

    @Shawhelp I do not normally escalate these things, but I am floored by the absurdity of what I just experienced on behalf of a family member, who has been a loyal customer for 40 years. I will DM, but honestly, you need to do better.

    @Shawhelp Is there a problem with CNN in Surrey, BC today? The channel keeps going blank for a few seconds. I have re-booted the box and it hasn't helped.

    If your thinking about @ShawInfo for your provider chew on this Service has been up and down like a yo yo for months now no service at all since Friday no phone no internet no home security no TV no cameras earliest they can come is Tuesday afternoon @Shawhelp

    @Shawhelp my internet is down. I tried unplugging the router (60sec) and plugging it back in. I checked and my last bill was paid in full. My phone connects to wifi but it has no internet. My neighbor next door has Shaw and theirs is working. Why don't I have internet?

    Hey @Shawhelp - we’re having all sorts of trouble with our Bluecurve modem it seems. Keeps disconnecting and pausing various devices then connecting them with what looks a new device. Please help!
