@Shawhelp I have a question about moving, can/should I continue my service (bring hardware with me?) or should I order a new package online and set it up myself at the new address? Is there a greater benefit to either?

. @Shawhelp Last Wednesday my internet and tv were down from 8am until 5:30pm and today the same issue is happening again. What are you going to do for me? I’m working from home and I can’t afford these interruptions.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Honestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

For the first time in ages, someone just assumed my partner was a women in conversation. Wasn't expecting it to be a customer service agent from @Shawhelp when I was looking at Shaw Mobile, but here we are.
