Furthermore, I think for-profit media in general is a bad idea - it creates a perverse incentive to sensationalise stories for profit.

    @Shawhelp I have an iPhone and cannot access shaw mobile is there a problem? There is no app but I used to use shaw mobile device care to get to it but now it just goes blank. Same results if I try to go to safari and to sign in shaw mobile

    @ahopeross @ShawInfo They are pretty quick if you DM them on Twitter but sometimes they switch who is helping you and you have to start all over. Honestly the best I’ve ever had was a tech that came to my house. He fixed the problem and then checked back to make sure it was fixed after.
