    @Leah_Holiove @Shawhelp I would say SHAW is better, WIFI HOT SPOTS,Cable. Just update your Cable/Wifi plan if you haven’t already that could be a solution

    @Shawhelp I have been on the phone for now over 20 min to try and speak with someone who has the authority to help me with my bill and the lady keeps telling me my request to speak with a supervisor is being denied. I am for real super confused here.Please help me understand this

    Damn @ShawInfo I've been a happy cx these past 5yrs & now I'm mad. I renewed at $85/m have screenshots, bill is $99+ tax. I've spent w/2 agents. Today took the cake when he said he is off in 10 mins and will call me back tomorrow. Guess it's time to see what @Bell will offer.
