Have u tried lately to contact tech support from #Shaw? Good luck. U go through layers before Shaw putting you on hold for hour. All bragging from @ShawInfo r bogus. Don't believe. No wonder ppl moving to @Telus. I'm thinking too after 20+ yrs. Not worth my time. @calgaryherald

@Shawhelp I lost most of my channels. When I go on them it either says I'm not authorized or I have to subscribe. I've lost all my local stations and Crave. I read on your site that there is an outage and you guys have to refresh my boxes from your end. Can you please help?
