Brad Williams (@bwilliams6009) reported@Shawhelp This technician was rude, obnoxious, and took advantage of his position with Shaw Cable. The problem today is there is nobody to talk to on the phone directly and locally. You cant relate to somebody living 1000 or 2000 miles away from here.
