    @Shawhelp @g3ntlewarts I’d also like to know! Haven’t had service in 10+ hrs. Just finished chatting with a Shaw agent who couldn’t give an estimate. Hoping service is at least restored by tomorrow morning for those of us who WFH

    @garryself @Shawhelp So many times. I got on the troubleshooting chat and they want me to fill out a form to verify my identity or something, before they can help me. Just in case a stranger wants to fix my internet, possibly? The form they sent has blank fields. What a hassle.

    @Shawhelp See the real problem with Shaw is it underdelivers on everything yet still decides to overcharge Canadians. 80mbs isn't even a fast connection (btw I have never seen speeds remotely that close even when hooked up via ethernet) yet Canadians have some of the-

    @Shawhelp Shaw blamed my modem for bad speeds and they sent me a new one which took a week. The new modem was able to actually get a connection but at 5-8mbs, nowhere near what was advertised.

    @Shawhelp #shawbusiness - thanks for shutting down our service - when your clerical error lead to one missed payment in 13 years. Now our patients can’t call us and we have no access to our remote patient records. You really suck.
