    @Shawhelp how do you get real help?! Having internet issues since January 15th and have not received any except to reboot my modem. After 20 years I am ready to leave.

    @Shawhelp i had a very slow speed of wifi last Monday. Today, at the same time, I am encountering the same issue of slow internet speed. Can you explain why we always have slow internet speed and often disconnection at this time and area?

    Have had slow Shaw forever, phoned multiple times and they never helped. Finally got a good guy on the line. Just put a paperclip in the reset hole on the back of the modem for a minute to factory reset. Went from 41 MBps to 280 . Thanks @Shawhelp
