    We have no Internet until Monday afternoon because @Shawhelp is literally the worst company ever and doesn't test their ****** modems before switching you to a plan that your working modem won't support and then refusing to revert it back. Telus is getting all my money.

    @Shawhelp ever since I signed another 2 year contract with shaw back in July. I have been experiencing freezing and pixilation on live tv. Finally on Aug 5th. The problem corrected itself over night. Flawless tv for 10 days and now it’s acting up again. On the cusp of canceling.

    @Shawhelp My internet is down in downtown Edmonton. Has there been any other reported outages in my area? Just want to know if there's any chance I won't have to wait for a tech to come out.
