I DM'd the misnamed @Shawhelp who sent me to their online chat which is a bot that spits out garbage information that is entirely not relevant to this situation.

I didn’t want anything fancy, just something functional. They “couldn’t help” so I accepted an incredible deal with @TELUS, closed my @ShawHelp account & called to get a shipping label for the busted modem. I sent it back the next day. Tracking shows it arrived July 15th. 📦

Customers shouldn’t have to waste HOURS of their time on chat/call, BEG for a fair rate, a new piece of equipment, or the same service a *new* customer is offered @Shawhelp

Nor should I have to spend tomorrow on the phone to unwind this mess with @ShawHelp and the collections company. But I will. There’s ZERO appreciation for customer time in this industry. Canadian Telecoms - we deserve better.
