  • bradhussey Brad Hussey (@bradhussey) reported

@Shawhelp most of our neighborhood is complaining about this and it seems you guys don’t seem to care to prioritize fixing this. I’m a hot minute away from filing an Alberta consumer complaint and getting the neighborhood in on putting some letters together.

  • jjnnntt Janet (@jjnnntt) reported

@Shawhelp @FortMacPete I’m located between Wood Buffalo and Timberlea so my guess is it’s part of the same outage.

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp it’s been 1 week since I have got on GIG + internet. Your team says speed varying between 700-800 is acceptable? I see only 400 🙄And yeah, you haven’t adjusted my bill even! Any fix? Or buyer remorse route 🤷

  • Calgary_Bigfoot Calgary Bigfoot (@Calgary_Bigfoot) reported

@Shawhelp are there any issues being reported I. The Acadia region of Calgary? My internet keeps going out here

  • AlsandairT Alsandair Toms (@AlsandairT) reported

@ShawInfo Is everything ok? We're on our 4th internet blackout in the last 30 days or so in Langley BC.

  • WhyWonderMore Martha Martha (@WhyWonderMore) reported

@ShawInfo Please tell Vancouver customers why their internet and landlines were down this morning. No connection for 2+ hours. Annoying enough but without any follow-up explanation, it makes us think it will happen again.

  • VI_CYC SR (@VI_CYC) reported

@Shawhelp I can't sign into Netflix on one of my cable boxes. I can sign into it on any other device with the same email and password but not the shaw box. It can't find the account Help? I don't want to change my password

  • bradhussey Brad Hussey (@bradhussey) reported

@Shawhelp who do I talk to about a major issue we have with your service? I was sold a promo for 1Gbps down on your fibre network if I locked into a 2yr contract. Turns out our neighbourhood doesn’t have the infrastructure to handle it. Shaw knew it. And I’m getting 5Mbps down.

@Shawhelp spent 2 hours on live chat asking to be released from my contract. No dice. Instead I was given $25 credit for my time. Also, my business is exclusively internet based and I’m the sole provider for my family. So paying $120+ per month for 5Mbps down? Not gonna work.
