    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Just know your team charges me full price for data/calling/mms/SMS, when my data is faulty and MMs does not work at all. Tried to make me feel bad about asking why I am paying full price for a partial service that is taking 3+ weeks to solve.

    @Shawhelp Getting really inconsistent latency and disconnects a lot on 1GB down. Restarted modem and router, flushed dns, etc..

    @Shawhelp #Mobil no sense of customer service. We did what rep said & still issues exist, rep & TeamLead Ian say hands r tied n Ian says we do not escalate customer issues higher than his position. He had no response to my question, what does he get paid for if he can't help us?

    Today I spent three hours dealing with four different @Shawhelp agents to figure out why six channels were missing from my TV lineup. The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.
