@Shawhelp My pvr HD box stopped working. Done all the normal things to reset it. Shaw technical service was no help. Took our other pvr and connected it to the same cable outlet and it works fine, so I know it’s the box. Can I just go to a Shaw office and get a new box?

@Shawhelp As I type through my phone. The blue curve gateway system sucks. Went off two hours ago and just went off @12:03 to 12:08. This system is not powerful enough to use as a home business or in wife’s case, is unable to complete tasks from work. This has been ongoing two weeks

@Shawhelp Thanks. I took the 2 minutes and filled out the "channel request form". I look forward to seeing GamePlusNetwork on your fine roster of channels. It's out of my hands now. If/When it happens, I'll start a new service contract with Shaw.
