@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS Same since March w Shaw and Telus is no different. The problem is, there is no regulation (and I’m not suggesting a regulated solution) for what they do on the retail side. They can sell you whatever speed or channel they want. If they don’t deliver there is no recourse at all.

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

Pt 2 > It was clearly communicated to us that we got the $200 dollar credit. The service does not start until the 31st and yet we saw yesterday that our credit card had already been billed for the first month IN FULL. @Shawhelp, if this is how it STARTS, we may have to cancel.

@Shawhelp Here in #LangleyTownship. Power has been on for over 24hrs and still no cable (internet), yet your help message states outages in Lower Mainlaind due to Hydro outages. Need internet to work. Updated time frames would be helpful. Thx.

@Shawhelp Really not happy with the Shaw customer service. Even with internet plans on their website, their own representatives can't find it. Unfair treatment to their existing customers by not offering the plan.

.@ShawInfo I am moving Jan 22nd, but you inexplicably processed my move today. I am now being told that it could take up to 3 business days to restore service. That's a week from now. How am I supposed to work from home in the meantime? Unacceptable.
