It has supposedly been fixed yet still no internet. Tried calling twice. Not resolved. Have to wait almost a week for a technician to come fix your modem🤨

debee kowall (@dkowall2) reported@Shawhelp We can change the password no problem on the webmail site. This photo came from my phone so this is were the IMAP’s problem is. I am On a iPhone I can change it on the app and this still happens even after I have restarted my iPhone. I spoke to someone at the London drugs and he
