    @Shawhelp I'm now on day 3 without internet. I contacted support and they gave me case number CCS000011835796. Please have a manager contact me with a resolution timeline. This is atrocious service and I'll be cancelling as soon as I'm able

    @Shawhelp I have to return the old modem & the new TV box that didn't work. The 1st technician sent me a FedEx label but there's no FedEx in my neighbourhood. The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did

    @Shawhelp is there an outage in Strathmore, AB for Rogers / Shaw internet service? What is the estimated time for a fix? Your outage map says no problems.

    @Shawhelp No, the live chat people sent me to the phone number. I am trying to cancel my service as I have MOVED and no longer need my own internet. I don’t know if one single person is working the line, but this is ridiculous. Even in-store wouldn’t help me.

    @Shawhelp Well, you are very lucky in this matter. Able to sign in on Google Chrome through Apple.

    @Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.
