There’s nothing like watching a really intense scene in a movie and getting the notification that your bandwidth isn’t enough or you’re having connectivity issues @Shawhelp, every night this week. I’ve had uninterrupted service for over 10 years and now this.

@Shawhelp consulted with Shaw professionals at a retail outlet 2 wks ago with my addrs. Was assured it would be plug n play as there is already Shaw service there. The plan was to pick up the router on the 24th now I am concerned I won’t be able to do that

@ShawInfo going on a day and half without services. Apparently it’s been escalated but staff can’t give me any answers....very frustrating that they can’t provide me with any answers. Not even a single call from anyone at Shaw. #angrycustomer #complaint #vancouver

Great. @ShawInfo cable tv down and next available support is next Saturday. No tv for a week would be okay, if I was at school, but it’s Spring Break!!! Time to rethink cable tv and go interwebby.
