@Shawhelp It's not slow. It's down. I haven't changed anything other than cancel my tv and phone services with Shaw literally yesterday. I don't see outages in my area.

@Shawhelp internet intermittent and team is unable to provide service updates. Your website says nothing. Tech says they'll take until Sunday to get here. How am I supposed to work from home?

@ShawInfo trying to cancel your home service. On the phone 1hr and 15 mins now, the last 35 mins is dead air after “sure just hold while I cancel for you” This is why we are cancelling - Your #cxserv is atrocious
