Last night when I spoke to the customer service agent they did say the fix is going to be longer than usual as a fiber line was cut. Please post a ETA

    @Shawhelp No updates and still no service (phone, internet and tv) since 8:00 PM last night. What kind of compensation is available for customers? And no updates! Ps: safety issue as no ability to use 911 by phone!!!!
