    @Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

    Please @ShawInfo after waiting an hr for call back & then I did get my call - I also got a message that my call was unable to be processed -“good-bye” cluck a hang up . I’m on call wait for 101 min again - pls don’t hang up again - I need you , sincerely paying customer

    Currently trying to decide between @TELUS @TELUSsupport and @Shawhelp for home service. Shaw took 1 minute to talk to a rep and I’m currently on a one hour wait with Telus. So far Shaw is killing Telus in every category!

    @TELUS I’ve had the worst customer service from your company in the last 8 weeks trying to set up my home internet and I’m not alone. 6 failed installation appointments and 4 hours on the phone, mostly on hold. I’m now sticking with @ShawInfo
