    @Shawhelp In the last few days other CS were impatient & pushy. #W042/Kanwar's really awesome.Patient, listened, empathized & WANTS to help. Best customer service. I really appreciate him! I felt like he cared! @Shawhelp ...give the dude a raise/ bonus...something! #Thankful

    @Shawhelp I have the worst internet since moving here ten years ago. I hear others have 300mb/second. I have been waiting for years to have the shaw cable line put underground instead of laying in the ground ever since I got cable ten years or more ago.

    @Shawhelp disappointed in the service my 72 yr old aunt has been receiving, especially now during covid she can’t go out no one can go in and the earliest someone can get out to help fix the situation is Friday, unacceptable. But you’ll gladly take her $$

    @cjswdaryl @Shawhelp You’re welcome. I checked with them again on Nov 13 and the Shaw rep that replied to me at that time wasn’t aware that there was an issue with iOS and the app so I don’t think it’s much of a priority.
