    @ShawInfo OMFG WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Trying desperately to set up preauth on my mother-in-law’s account. My husband/her son died two weeks ago today and she is elderly and disabled but they are 100% unwilling to help. I have BEGGED for a supervisor call back 8 times

    Love it when @ShawInfo calls and tries to sell me a new tv package that’s $30 more a month with less channels. Customer service is dead.

    @Shawhelp For two days now my internet has had a very crappy connection. We can barely do anything.. Is there an outage or something else happening ? Very frustrating!!
