    @Shawhelp hi we have a blue curve modem and we’re experiencing a lot of connectivity issues. Our devices continue to say our network is not secure and that we need to switch to WAP2 (AES) from what Apple says we have which is WAP2 (Tik). Would this cause our connectivity issues?

    @Shawhelp what is wrong with your phone service this afternoon. I tried calling my husband’s cell and got a message that the number you have dialled is not in service. Same when I tried calling my own cell. I could only call him using my cell. Since you own @FreedomMobile fix it.

    @Shawhelp Every channel. All times of day. Sound cuts out for 1-3ish seconds. Picture sometimes breaks up. Sound comes back. Repeat at intervals from 30 seconds to maybe 20 minutes. Sometimes longer. TV box unplugged already. Problem persists.

    @Shawhelp I tried BlueCurve. Since an outage, I have pixelation, sound drops multiple times in last 3 days. It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?
