@Shawhelp Our cable and internet stopped working last night around 9 pm and it's still not back up and it's been 24 hrs. I realize crews are working on the issue but seriously there needs to be some compensation for the disruption and the length it had taken to get it back up.

@Shawhelp ...still finding it a annoying that we can’t even get a rough ETA window for service restoration in Surrey. Hydro’s outages always shows an updated ETA and it changes as the repairs proceed. Frustrating.

@ShawInfo At 10:30 am 01/04/21 my daughter let me know the Shaw service was down. Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

@im_andrewtodd @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Appears they've finally pissed enough people off they're walking away. Customer service doesn't exist with this company anymore -- I have two phones on hold waiting to see who picks up first. Maybe they'll take a call from my lawyer?

@im_andrewtodd @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Still on hold -- 3.5 hours now, not hanging up. Sent all my message chats and info to the Better Business Bureau this evening and let them sort out the "Contract" Shaw makes us sign but doesn't provide the service agreed to.

@Shawhelp what is the reasoning behind the 24hrs of no service in the Surrey area? We are monitoring the (very few...) updates and there is 0 explanation as to the cause of this delayed outage.
