@ShawInfo hello, in the past week or so we have had some issues with the internet connection shutting down for 10-20 minute intervals 2 or 3 times a day. Prior to this we have never had any issues. How can we fix this?

@Shawhelp ever since I signed another 2 year contract with shaw back in July. I have been experiencing freezing and pixilation on live tv. Finally on Aug 5th. The problem corrected itself over night. Flawless tv for 10 days and now it’s acting up again. On the cusp of canceling.
