@Shawhelp hahahahaha amazing. My favourite thing about your **** service was paying your bills, getting cut off after speaking to your reps and then extorted for $215 reconnection and a contract for double the cost. .....@Bell_MTSHelps help daddy help.

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp Hey @ShawInfo or @Shawhelp again, same location, same service, but the web site says it's not available in my area. But it clearly is. The packages it then offers are all similar but at a much higher price. Why not just be straight up? Why lie?

  • stickers66 Matt Lorenzi (@stickers66) reported

@Shawhelp I just logged in, said there are service outages in my area. It's affecting wfi, cable, and landline.

Thank you @Shawhelp for crediting my acct due to the almost 2 week no power issue, didn’t have to ask - emailed to inform of the gesture. Something @koodo refused to do in regards to me having to buy additional data during that time when I reached out.

  • rtiterle Robert Titerle (@rtiterle) reported

@Shawhelp correct... but if i select an package as an existing customer it says its not available in my area. If I apply FOR THE SAME SERVICE in the SAME LOCATION as a new customer - it happily lets me order it.

@Shawhelp Internet outage yet again. Can’t wait to see my reduced bill! /s

@Shawhelp hi, is there an outage in Redcliff? I have no net, phone or tv and can’t seem to access the site due to a ‘security issue’, so can’t check there either

  • Stephen51413 Stephen Solomonson (@Stephen51413) reported

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Forcing a reboot of television boxes every day is a cheap security hack that needs to be fixed because it is interrupting television viewing. Reboot on power down. And get rid of OSD timeouts (press 'exit' to exit), and redundant notifications about batteries.

@Shawhelp I honestly don’t know why this was never a feature of Blue Curve which was an “upgrade” from the Gateway. If I’d known I probably would have kept the Gateway system we had.
