@Shawhelp My Telus phone and internet were working fine. I’ve had both services for the better part of a decade and only Shaw has let me down. This last outage was the longest, 24 hours. I’m now considering switching my TVs over to Telus after getting a $550 bill in error.

@ShawInfo Make you return equipment by mail even though there is a store right down the street. Then send you to collections even before your next billing cycle even though they already got the equipment back. Crooks

@Shawhelp No thank you. Short of a time machine, I don't think you can help me. Happy to let @BrowntoBure and anyone else looking for a recommendation know how poorly I was treated by Shaw and how happy I am with @TELUS. Shaw had multiple chances to let me down before I moved my account.

@Shawhelp To protect myself and others if in case, if at all. But all I was met with is rude COVID rejection without even seeing what I was there for. So, am I just to take this rudeness and feel customer appreciation? I'm sure all employees of Shaw is good with that right? Ok for you?

@Shawhelp Its been a month now and I still can't believe I'm paying more money for slower service. I would have sent this sooner but it took forever just to load a mobile twitter page on a brand new phone while standing right beside the modem. How is that even possible?
