    @moneypennymb @Shawhelp Two remotes dojng the same thing: means the box is the problem. I’d get Shaw to send a tech so you don’t have to go wait any more

    @Shawhelp Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with tech support just to be told that her shift is over so she will just send a tech. Unreal!

    FINALLY got a new remote from @Shawhelp as the original was faulty from Day 1, yet the problem remains. Clearly, it was never the remote. Do I I feel like sitting on the phone with techs that had NO IDEA how to fix it before? New normal=junk service. Guess I’ll google this crap.

    @mrskingle @Shawhelp Yeah I hear you. I just sle3nt 1.5 hours on the phone with an agent who gave me 99% dead air before telling me her shift was over so she was just going to send a tech(seriously)... I asked for a sup, and the supervisor told me its an issue on their end they are looking into.

    @divabarbieyyc @ShawInfo Well, now it’s a race. Who gets here first: Telus to install new service or Shaw’s technician. Bet I can get Telus here tomorrow for an install.
