@Shawhelp I was interested in your mobile services have seen advertised. All 4 customer service agents I was connected with showed no interest in informing me about how to get started. Rather were dismissive when I stated that I didn't hold an account, and rushed me off with BYE!

@Shawhelp Having a technician stop by may be a great solution as support will just rehash usual plug and plug and covid busy scenarios... Your suggestion to have tech stop by is productive. Look forward to connecting with @shawsupport to remedy. Thanks Darren

@Shawhelp TBH, I'd switch companies already as6mbps DL internet just doesn't work during work from home orders for weeks if not months at a time. The wife is far more forgiving than I am. Perhaps we could switch and come back after you guys get around to working your stuff out next month.

Anyone else’s @ShawInfo wifi just absolute dog **** recently? It drops roughly every 30-40 mins and I’m forced to restart the router every time to get it back up.
