On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! @Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldn’t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

Hello, @Shawhelp @Rogers - have been trying to get through to customer service for several days now. Can be in chat for several hours and all it says is “We are currently experiencing a delayed response. Please wait.” The customer service has tanked. Together with Shaw?
