@ShawInfo no internet for a week in Penticton. Can’t get a technician on-site for 2 weeks and customer service says I’m not allowed in store for assistance cause of COVID?? No support, no service, no credit…working from home with no internet would appreciate better support!

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Why doesn't your latest modem have at least 2.5 Gbps ethernet ports if you're going to offer 1.5 Gbps internet service? 1 Gbps ethernet ports are kind of pointless in that case.

Total number of @TELUSsupport people I’ve spoken to today: 10. Total time in hold: 2 hours and counting. Resolution of issues: 25% (I think). Degree of satisfaction 0%. @ShawInfo looking good.
