@Shawhelp Also, the problem occuring sometimes at long intervals, I wouldn't try to sit around with them waiting for it to happen.

Hey @VMediaTV, our Internet went down 3x today. Spent 40 min on hold this last time. Wound up signing up for @ShawInfo while I waited. I guess you shouldn't have cheaped out on support?

@Shawhelp hi we have a blue curve modem and we’re experiencing a lot of connectivity issues. Our devices continue to say our network is not secure and that we need to switch to WAP2 (AES) from what Apple says we have which is WAP2 (Tik). Would this cause our connectivity issues?

@EASPORTSUFC Hey idk if your online is lagging or @Shawhelp having ping issue wondering if there is a fix some servers attend to lag every 80 seconds but then goes away

@Shawhelp No. I've told you the problem. I will give my account number, but since the last encounter with Shaw tech support resulted in an escalation to the CRTC as 4 Shaw employees outright lied to me, I'm not prepared to deal with them right now.

I know it’s a first world problem, but how is it that in 2021, can I pay $140/month for Cable and internet and I do not get access to the #wvumnd game? It’s featured on ESPN, but no one in Canada will carry or stream it? @TSN_Sports @ShawInfo #WVU #LetsGoMountaineers
