    @ShawInfo you are out of touch! Your customer service has absolutely cratered along with your cable tv service. I guess that’s what happens when you become a monopoly.

    Sorry again for the internet drops. @shawhelp decided to cut service to my old router when it was working fine and made me go to a different one. which now cant seem to stay connected for more then 10 minutes at a time

    @Shawhelp Was talking to techs through online chat about my mobile service not functioning properly (no MMS). Was told my phone was not compatible (false). Turned out your manual APN configuration instruction page is incorrect. You should fix it, as others will have the same issues i did.

    @Shawhelp what's going on with On Demand?! Mine has not been working for days and I have reset the box multiple times and no change. Just says shaw is experiencing connectivity issues....
