    @YYCCowboy @Shawhelp Sometime I wonder what is the use of support system when they don’t give validated solutions to problem on their network. After no response from the team for 4 months I was referred to @zems_ins and they immediately help me restore order to my account

    @FP_Champagne as a @ShawInfo internet customer we also receive a fair mobile plan 25G for $25.Please be sure the monopoly gouging gang grandfather these contracts.Canada pays the highest mobile rates in the world yet subsidize the carriers with tax breaks with our $ 😡 not keen

    @Shawhelp @saliwalido I’m close to Burquitlam area and don’t have internet since 6pm. Chatting online with shaw agent claiming there’s an outage. My neighbors however said their internets working
