I booked an appointment for today almost one month ago. By 10 min before my appointment, Shaw called me, and they cancel to appointment and move it to Tuesday. Why I have to face this, I arrange everything before move in. I will change the Shaw because of this @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp hey! what's happening and any update with the outage here in abbotsford? 10am this morning i got a warning from my phone and laptop to disconnect as there was an IP breach. I disconnected and went to sleep, after 7hrs, still no connection?

Wake up to my @ShawInfo internet being down, others in my building reporting the same thing, get forced to wait 24+ hours for a technician to “come and possibly resolve issue”. Real great, but you’ll send me letters and emails if I’m even an hour late with paying my bill. 🙄

Hey @Shawhelp. Please try to fix this before the Super Bowl starts. Thanks. Don't watch a lot of TV but last night during SNL I noticed your feeds are freezing quite a bit. Pretty sure it's on your end 'cause it's happening to both our PRV's on all channels.

@HartmutSachse @Shawhelp Many vendors support…Take your pick ArubaHPE/Cisco/Meraki/Ruckus/Extreme/etc. The trickier part is generating profiles for iOS/Android clients. Passpoint is interesting to play with, almost a victim of too much flexibility.
