    @KCTS9 @Shawhelp just want to report really bad audio on most programs on PBS. News hour is almost unwatchable as every 2nd, 3rd word breaks-up. Same on (all) UK programs. Not sure about other shows but this going on for couple of weeks & getting worse! NOT my TVs. #vancouverBC

    .. continuing business with your company. I understand things go down but I’ve been treated so negatively by support (minus @Shawhelp here on Twitter, they’re great) and have been so much given the runaround on this issue being fixed sooner than later.

    @shawhelp, I am getting more confused about the technology available to me. On the website, I can see that the wireless boxes are available to me but when I log in and chat, they aren't. Please help.

    Hey @Shawhelp and @NHL I have the NHL package and Shaw bluecurve. I’m not at home and trying to watch on my phone right now. There should be no blackout on the Oilers v Sens game for me. Glad to see I’m getting what I pay for

    Showed up to confirm everything at least, but still nothing he could do. Please @ShawInfo, listen to customers, especially when they try to tell you there’s a larger issue than just me. I’ve burned through a ton of data because of this and now just really don’t feel great about..

    So my @ShawInfo technician calls me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, saying there’s a larger outage in my city caused my “something unknown, possibly weather”. Really upsetting to get told there’s nothing he can do and that I’m going to be waiting *longer*.

    @Shawhelp What about some help? Paying oodles of $ for your gateway/blue curve but get lip service from help desk. Chat is no good because I don’t have your internet connection. All day - nothing but trouble! My daughter needs your internet for school. Repair your equipment!
