When they finally laid the fibre optic lines I couldn't have been happier to go to Telus. Yes, they've overly expensive, but they always deliver what they advertise. Which is a lot more than I could say for Shaw

Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.
