I could use some twitter tech advice. I am leading a course via zoom (two hours long six weeks in a row) & our internet is *bad.* We've spent hours on the phone with @ShawInfo trying to fix it, they keep saying 'it's upgraded now, it will work' & still bad. I'm nervous. Advice?

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp I don’t think I have seen such incompetence in service from a company like yours. You mess up my internet and it stops working yesterday and you want to send someone to me on Wednesday! How am I supposed to work? It’s been 2 weeks with this issue happening!

@Shaybeerta @JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo Came here to say exactly this! Best way to get good speed is just run a long Cat6 cable directly from your modem. Wi-Fi will never be as good, even with a booster.

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp hey our Shaw bandwidth has really become terrible in the last 1-2 weeks here in Saskatoon. Is there something going on?

@allen_jessica @Shawhelp Hi Jessia, we've looked into your issue, and all we can figure is that maybe Joey or Louie are chewing on your internet cables.

I just lost ranked points on Apex because they deemed me not worthy to play because of my internet being absolutely terrible. Thanks @Shawhelp. I think I’ll go over to another service if you’re this slow with Fibre.

Hour and a half to get the Internet going. @shawhelp is actually worse than Teksavvy and Primus combined. They simply refuse to provide a service that doesn't drop 20 -30 times a day. Seriously @Shawhelp How much money do you require to provide me a good connection?

@Shawhelp Why is my ‘SHAW’ Blue curve modem not keeping the correct time? When I try to set up a downtime feature and I set it for 10 PM shut off and 4 AM to turn on the stupid thing shuts down at 4 PM and turns on at 10 PM? Can anybody there tell me why and how to fix it?
