    @Shawhelp I lost most of my channels. When I go on them it either says I'm not authorized or I have to subscribe. I've lost all my local stations and Crave. I read on your site that there is an outage and you guys have to refresh my boxes from your end. Can you please help?

    @Shawhelp your website says there is an outage in Alberta, Moosejaw and Saskatchewan- black screen or subscription message - fix in progress. Why are you not advising people?
