@Shawhelp I have spoken to 4 Customer Service reps, 1 Royalty rep and one manager. No one is willing to do anything. Going to media next. RANTING & VENTING…. I have always been a strong supporter of Shaw for tv/internet. Went to renew in May my bill went up almost $50. No more Loyalty

@ShawInfo Been a Shaw fan for 30 years. All I can say now is as soon as I can get out, never again will I deal with Shaw or soon to be Rogers. Believe me I will tell everyone I know how I have been treated as a 30 year customer.

Hey @Shawhelp is this intermittent service here in Coquitlam because of the heat, the fires, or just a fun new feature? Asking for my kids who are trying to do online exams which require the internet access to be consistent.

@Shawhelp Thank you. Already called and wasted 45 minutes from my day. And as usual, I was taken thru the troubleshooting process, and no specific reason was given for the outage. Shaw internet has become more of a hassle than a smooth and consistent internet experience.

@Shawhelp worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with 5 phone support people that convinced me I have to get a tech out even tho I told them multiple times it’s not on my end. Tech shows up … problem is not in your end. Wow gee thanks bud I know that…. FIX IT
