    @Shawhelp I'm in Edmonton and can't access by ATB online account. ATB tell me its a Shaw problem. If it is it would be nice if Shaw put out something about the outage and how long to fix. Can't access Oaken either.

    @Shawhelp words can’t express how frustrated I am. I spent an hour talking to chat support only for your app to log me out and won’t let me sign back in??

    @ShawInfo wtf Shaw, Your guy came to replace equipment for my elderly parents. The service guy didn’t even have the courtesy to ensure everything is working or show them how to use it. Plus he left the old equipment expecting them to return the big box to another city. Explain!

    @Shawhelp There is an outage. It’s been going on for more than 7 hours. This is frequent. I’m fed up…it’s ALWAYS the Shaw equipment that fails. Half the town is out AGAIN.

    @Shawhelp your “tech support” needs more training because how is it that I’m always fixing things myself? I need a technician to come tomorrow to switch my modem back to the old one.
