@DeanEdmonton @NickPaisano @Shawhelp Your right. The DM and trouble shooting is their way of placating pissed off customers but never a resolve. When it is so wide spread how can problem be in individual houses. But they are gone so no resolve again

@Shawhelp Starter at 10 pm on Sunday night. Internet is LAGGY and even shuts off for a few minutes. It's 12:48 am and still nothing. Been waiting for 3 hours on the 24 hour support line at the website, no response from anyone yet.

@Shawhelp Why do you guys CONSTANTLY screw up the GUIDE. Today, for example, your guide shows that Tennis is on TSN 4... but it turns out to be USA v GERMANY in the WHC. This happens ALL THE TIME. Get your **** together!!!
