    @Shawhelp Thanks, maybe so have bad luck but whenever I encounter a Shaw public wifi it always wants my shaw credentials which I don’t have because you don’t provide services to my street. I will watch closer for your free service.

    @Shawhelp just had a 90 minute chat session with shaw support to arrange a service call. Could have been a 5 minute phone call. What an abysmally inefficient business process.

    @Shawhelp our internet has been cutting out constantly yesterday and today seemingly for no reason. It has never done this before. Can’t help but wonder if it’s being throttled to try and push us to upgrade? Can’t imagine why else this is happening now

    @ShawInfo Yours is LITERALLY the worst service across the board I've EVER had. Ever since adding Shaw TV to my account I've been plagued with ****** signals, incorrect bills, ***hole customer service reps. Now I know why you force folks into a 2 yr contract. I'm out ASAP.

    @ShawInfo am I the only who completely garbage wifi for over $100 a month. Constant drops and disconnect, I may as well go sit in a Starbucks. You should be embarrassed by this subpar service.
