    @Shawhelp Gregory S79F put me on hold for 15 minutes. Did not even say Hi. And disconnected me. I want to cancel the subscription and return your modem. What's the procedure?

    Just horrendous customer service from @Shawhelp. I'd recommend another ISP if you rely on an internet connection for work but Canada's landscape for that kind of thing is trash so I guess *******.
