    @Shawhelp I work for the City of Mississauga and it's the tv in our depot in Malton. Today the screen is not visible it's really bad. I don't even know how to go about because it's the satellite why are we having so many problems with the screen to see the picture?

    Well this isn’t a good start for @Shawhelp. Two mornings in a row waking up to internet being down, there support says nothing is wrong despite the fact multiple people on socials are complaining :/

    @Shawhelp SmartVoice is completely down, along with the support numbers for SmartVoice support. Not a mention on your page is odd.

    @Shawhelp Intermittent Internet accessibilty on multiple devices in Langford as well. Posted troubleshooting ideas do not solve the problem.
