    Just horrendous customer service from @Shawhelp. I'd recommend another ISP if you rely on an internet connection for work but Canada's landscape for that kind of thing is trash so I guess *******.

    @Shawhelp is there a current outage in Calgary SW our internet just cut out. Have not done a reset yet.
