@Shawhelp I’ve been trying to get help for issues with my Shaw WiFi. I’ve tried using the Shaw Chat - am waiting (have been waiting for 10+mins) to be connected with next available agent. Tried calling Shaw and wait time is approx 1hour 8mins!! This is terrible customer service!

@Shawhelp Can anything be done about the incorrect listings on the guide? I recorded the Fresh Prince reunion and it started over 5 minutes later than listed, so I couldn’t see the end. There’s no sign of it being re-aired. Any help?
