    @Shawhelp why does your rewind functionality fail all the damn time? I'll rewind 2 or 3 minutes, and it just goes back to live instead of playing from where I rewound to. This happens way too often. No, my HD is not full.

    @Shawhelp nope. not at all what happened. Very, very disappointed in Shaw's customer service. Looking at other providers now.
