    @ShawInfo I just had a pretty terrible experience with an online shaw agent, she informed me that the "loyalty" team no longer exists. When did customer loyalty stop being a priority for shaw?

    @brrittannyh @Shawhelp I just switched to Shaw this past month too. Got sick of @TELUSsupport's shitty service. Past month of dealing with them has been a nightmare.

    @Shawhelp It’s not listed there (Kingsway & Knight St, Vancouver), but the person on the chat service said it was an area outage and a tech was dispatched

    @Shawhelp not impressed w/ loyalty. I've had many issues & contemplating changing to Telus after 10+ yrs of being with shaw. No great promos, offered to call me if something comes up? What!? Offering me free stuff I don't need isn't value. #GoToTelus
