Oddly, the service seems to be back, but I don't know why that is or what happened to interrupt it, and I'm uncomfortable telling someone on a chat how much I pay in internet every month just so they can answer a question of mine.

I got on the troubleshooting chat and they want me to fill out a form to verify my identity or something, before they can help me. Just in case a stranger wants to fix my internet, possibly? The form they sent has blank fields. What a hassle.
