@Shawhelp ******* hell!! You guys wouldn’t let us change our services, I can’t get consistency between the “Customer Care” and “Customer Success “ teams!! ABSOLUTELY REDUNDANT!! Our bill is stupid, we can never verify ourselves with your CSR’s!! THEY NEVER HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO!

  • HS_CaIn Hs (@HS_CaIn) reported

@Rogers wanting to take over @ShawInfo while convincing regulators that @Verizon entry to Canada would be detrimental is exactly the greed that we don't want in #Canada. #Canadians pay the highest cost for cell service for now we know has no redundancy for system failure.

  • JoshdoesITstf Josh (@JoshdoesITstf) reported

@Shawhelp slow blinking orange led bluecurve modem. No internet. Winnipeg. Please help.

  • oracleflwpg Frank Losier (@oracleflwpg) reported

Is @Shawhelp having network wi fi issues or is it just me?

  • jmneave Jackie🇨🇦 🍫 (@jmneave) reported

@JayIsPainting @Shawhelp I switched to Telus a few years ago and have no regrets. They just sent someone out to check our lines as there have been issues in my area. They called me to provide better service and send a tech! #nocomplaints

  • DanAlmondDan #free Daniel D Kitteringham (@DanAlmondDan) reported

@ShawInfo I don't want to be a Rogers customer. Tell your bosses I'll pull your line from my outside wall if that happens.

  • kjames_2001 Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported

But to have so much infrastructure go down without a backup plan is quite problematic to say the least. I know you want to also merge with @ShawInfo, seriously is this the best idea right now with your companies history at this moment?

  • DerekWilliams82 Derek 🇨🇦 (@DerekWilliams82) reported

@Shawhelp I left that crap company a year ago to switch to Shaw wireless and I have never been happier with my service, billing and cell plan. I know you have nothing to do with if Shaw is sold to them but please please please don’t let that company buy Shaw 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

  • AllisonMcnab Allison 🍁 (@AllisonMcnab) reported

@Shawhelp I don’t really need help, I just think it’s unhelpful to send new equipment to a senior citizen and then not allow someone to help her set it up. I got it sorted out, just a terrible decision

@CelesteCote @jansensan @ShawInfo Totes. Asking for my first name, last name, phone number, email, and full postal code - and those being mandatory to access a "free" service... C'mon.
