    Hey @Shawhelp, just reporting a service outage in Heritage Park / Crestview area. Outage started around 3 p.m. Got an ETA for restoration?

    @conamaraa @Shawhelp Unfortunately, I cannot change my service at the moment. To be honest, I don’t think switching carriers will help much either. Canadian internet in general is terrible and there’s a lot of factors why but, I think major telecoms like Shaw, Rogers and Telus are a big reason why.

    @Shawhelp I have a zoom appointment with my Grandma at her care home. I have been stressed all night you will not have the internet working by then. All my data is now gone. This is awful
