    @Shawhelp The troubleshooting link is not opening for me, it won't load. Just sitting there trying to load. same problem when i tried to go to Shaw chat.

    @Shawhelp So now, during the World Junior Hockey championships, with Canada playing tonight, no less, the cable is down…since 4:30 pm PT and wifi is down again. Really?!?!?

    @Shawhelp Kelowna, Ellison area by Airport. For the last few days, CNN on Bluecurve TV (254) has been all garbled. All other channels are fine. Just me, or anyone else having problems?

    @chx @nick_thompson @Shawhelp When I verbally agreed to a 2 year contract this month, the sales guy checked my modem and said I’d be good for 750/100. After agreeing to the deal, I only got 750/25. Called him back, he said “oops, looks like there’s an issue in your area and gave a $25 credit. It’s a joke.
