    @Shawhelp Thanks for asking. My wifi is good. But i have barely got 1 line on network (vertical), and sometimes in the other end of my house, i can’t download or upload and call drops. I was hoping to change something there to make it better.

    What is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service

    @Shawhelp question, when watching the 4k stream of an Oil game it goes all pixelated and looks terrible, this happens many many MANY times in just a few min.. how do we solve this??

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
