Pls keep in mind that the trial sessions need to closely resemble the traffic generated during the event. So you need a trial session w/ the same # of expected guests or greater.

Tech said they can’t get to her until the 23rd, then they said they’ll book her in the next day as an emergency (she’s blind,lives alone).They never showed up and said they never booked her in and she will have to wait, zero sympathy..
