    Hey @Shawhelp ... Is shawmail down right now? My email app is asking me to re-login only for it to tell me the credentials are incorrect. Then tried web mail and I also can't seem to login. Only started a few hours ago?

    @Shawhelp I haven't been able to login to my account in 2 months. I can't stream from any of my devices because I can't login. I"ve called your support 4 times and just keep getting told to try again in a week. Are you ever going to fix this problem?

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …

    @Shawhelp I need help. My cable keeps cutting out - to the point I can’t watch anything. The shows I recorded also have issues. Some of them have audio issues or are not accessible. I’ve tried to call a couple times - but the hold time is +1 hour and I just give up. Please help.
