@Shawhelp service outage in the St. Albert area? Was down when I came into retail shop, then up, now down again. I can’t open my shop if the debit machine can’t get on the internet. T8N 6G5

I am finally done with @Bell. Finally switched the last 2 members of my family over to @ShawInfo mobile. It isn't a perfect service but I will live with it for the cost. For these two my monthly bill will drop from $225 to $65. #hallelujah

When asked to turn it back on as I had never asked to close TODAY was told this was only possible thru a 2yr “value” plan. On hold for 20 min as @Shawhelp tries to figure out how to own up to its own errors - ask any 2 yo how to do it: apologize, admit your mistake and FIX THEM😡

@Shawhelp Yes, I would like to know why you are more than happy to help new customers with amazing deals, but absolutely **** on existing customers, who are simply trying to get a better deal on their internet / tv plans. It’s actually disgusting.

@Shawhelp hi! I’ve been trying to get an update on our install all day. Our tech had issues yesterday and needed to get the help of a specialist. I still don’t have any answers or solution and it’s impacting my ability to work. Can you help?
