    @Shawhelp The website not confirmed there’s an outage in my area but there’s no details on the outage page on the website. Any insight? I am located in downtown Vancouver.

    @Shawhelp That I’m paying for monthly. The lines out back are so bad tech surprised it works at all. Only have cable with shaw. Those lines also need upgrades as tech changed all connections in the house

    Ugh. @Shawhelp screwed up my renewal, so I was forced to renew for $5 more than I was told on original call. They never actually renewed the 2 year plan. Person gave me $50 Bill credit, but still I’ll pay an extra $70 than I should have over the course of 2 years. Frustrating.

    @ShawInfo once again crappy Shaw modem is not working. Tech looked at it a while back, gave us a “refurbished” POS and once again it’s not working
