    @Shawhelp -tried to use on line help. Getting pixelization only ony TSN / SNP / Golf channel. All other channels fine. Disconnected canle/power 2-3 times. This has been going on for over two weeks! How can I get a tech out or how do I fix this problem?

    @Shawhelp It was the modem. It came back on after the outage, had a solid white light, yet had no internet after 15+ minutes. I un/replugged it and it was good in about 3 minutes. Lousy system that can't recover from a power outage by itself.

    So my internet connection miraculously re-appeared out of nowhere. I wonder what it was keeping it down since early Tuesday morning. I'm looking at you, @shawhelp.

    @Shawhelp Spent over an hour on live chat 2 weeks ago ‘fixing’ issues & nothing was fixed. I can’t spend an hour unplugging cable boxes again. How do I get service out here or new boxes?

    @Shawhelp Thanks, but what’s to “take a closer look at”? You don’t have enough tower coverage in parts of Langley, especially Walnut Grove. No fix on my account is really going to help that, right?

    @Shawhelp why we getting poor pic quality while streaming with AppleTV? Unplugged and restarted modem, router, deleted app and restarted device. Hadn’t fixed issue. Been going on for a week, at least, now.
