    Hey, @ShawInfo - I'm trying to be a new customer. Your website keeps directing me to bundles, which I don't want, and the hold music was overwhelming enough that I hung up after 6 minutes on hold without talking to someone. This doesn't bode well for a happy relationship so far.

    @Shawhelp Jack !!! On hold now with customer service for 35 minutes. Almost $200 a month for services I hardly use and can’t even contact your offices. This is outright ridiculous !!

    I’ve just never in my life been through the customer service hell that @ShawInfo is putting me through. And it’s not the workers, who are trying to help. It’s a heartless company that doesn’t empower front line workers to do anything except protect their profit margins

    @Shawhelp our brand new blue curve freezes and stalls CONSTANTLY. No one will get back to me on Twitter or the support chat from Shaw. Ridiculous
