    @Shawhelp Hello Shaw :). My landline isn’t working im not able to hear a dial tone. Maybe something wrong on your end. And no body is able to make a call to it or @RogersHelps is there an outage in Abbotsford? :).

    @Shawhelp You service is a nightmare. I had a technician scheduled for today. He didn’t call or show up. I am online chatting and they don’t know why my appointment was randomly cancelled. I have gotten cut off from my agent. And now have to explain the whole scenario again

    @Shawhelp Your customer service today is terrible. Asked for a call back and when it finally did it rang once. Trying to call back for the last 15 mins and calls won't even go through. This is absolutely ridiculous!
