@Shawhelp It would make sense to charge a cancellation fee if I was cancelling my service to go to another provider, but you do not service the area I am moving to, therefore you are unable to fulfill your end of the contract.

@Shawhelp tried to alter my service plan two times and neither operator would carry out my wishes. Very simple change to my TVs plan and they would NOT do it. Is this what they are trained to do?

@Shawhelp Hey. I've had to work with Rogers now for a while. Tell your bosses not to sell, or you're all out of a job and everyone out West will end up with the same crappy service that we have.
