Oh, @ShawInfo /@Shawhelp, and I just had a call from a very nice lady who "wanted to know how things were going," because I was such a long-standing and valued customer. I let her know some of the (myriad) problems I encounter (with you) on a regular basis.

Hi @shawinfo if I wanted to have a buffering stream of tonight’s PPV that I have spent 50 dollars for I would have just pirated the damn thing. Very disappointed.

It's funny how @BellMts is putting in the new fibre optic cable, they change the box and my shaw internet goes down. @ShawInfo tells me I have to wait 5 days for them to come out to check what is wrong. This is horrible on both ends. Figure your s#/t out.Ever heard of emergency?

@Shawhelp No. I don't want to DM. I want public messages. You have double the speed internet for the same price for new customers. But it's not on my profile cause I'm already your customer and has been for 15 years. Current deal since 2018. But no one could add that to my profile.

@Shawhelp Nothing ever works with your trouble shooting. Unplugging/resetting/disconnecting every cable imaginable. Nothing ever works. Can’t wait til our contract is done.

Hey @ShawInfo, you left my elderly parents stranded with no phone or internet for 2 weeks forcing them to switch to @TELUS. There was an error porting their number and you now want to charge them $100+ so they can get their 40+ year old phone number back??? Can you fix this?
