    @Shawhelp so your website is a lie or false advertising or what? I specifically bought a Fire stick so I could get the Blue Curve app. Looks like I’ll have to switch to Bell satellite. Extremely disappointed in this crap.

    @Shawhelp seriously the whole town of Wawa has no internet and you keep telling everyone no outage...terrible service...why does this keep happening?

    @Shawhelp extremely disappointed with the service we have. Tried calling in to help get my internet back running and they couldn't figure anything out. Now we're stuck with Shaw for the next 2 years with poor service.

    @Shawhelp Hi! My service has been out in port coquitlam since pre-9am but I see that the support page is listing no outages in the lower mainland. I am seeing an outage alert when I log into my shaw, but no details. Can I get confirmation that the issue is known and an eta?

    @Shawhelp I am a business customer, In March I signed a 5 year contract with one of your reps, he promised I will get the service in 2-3 months, no installation yet, no updates, can anyone please help ?
