@PurolatorInc Package in question is a setup kit from @ShawInfo - who I called to see if they could track it down, and they couldn't. Nor were they able to reship. So, because Purolator lost the package, I can't activate my internet. Problems! On Day 6 of trying to solve this.

@Shaun_Briltz @Shawhelp Do what I do every time shaw goes out Briltzy. Take advantage of the fact that you can’t do any of the activities you want to do by sitting on hold to convince a human in customer service to break you off a discount on your monthly bill! I’m on hold right now myself!

@Shawhelp internet is way down in rio terrace. Not listed in your outages, log in to app, give info to Shaw virtual assistant, wait half hour for agent, where it’s right back to square 1 with name phone number account number(?) And “how can I help you?”
