  @Shawhelp @Venkman1701 I'm looking for open information about what is going on. Shaw is going down regularly across the country right now and the information posted about outages doesn't cover it. What I want to know is why shaw is not communicating what is happening. Calling Shaw ends up without help

  @Shawhelp there's literally nothing, your website says to sit right and so do the techs on chat. Basically - I'm paying for no service here.
