@Shawhelp suddenly lost connectivity due to yet another outage! And I see on your website there’s another scheduled for tomorrow. That paired with the almost daily need to reboot my modem just to get the internet to work properly, is why I’ll be contacting Telus tomorrow.

@payne_cc @Shawhelp Glitching and pixelation have been a major issue with Shaw since November when they added their 4K channels. Everyone I know has the same issue at the same times on the same channels. SN360 is the worst. When you watch it on the Shaw app or the SN app everything is fine.

Today. Trying to help my mom her into her business account with @Shawhelp and we faced the most misogynistic customer support I’ve ever seen. Just, wow. Will be canceling our accounts after 35 years of service.

@Shawhelp If only it were that easy. Venting about this situation on Twitter is plan C or D. It's a desperation move to become a squeaky enough wheel to get this looked after. At least 3 other businesses are affected by these issues in the same area.
