    @Shawhelp and im sure there has been contact but i tune in every day to him stream and its constant not a day goes by that there is major problems. I really hope yall do get it fixed i bounce around alot of streamers and am part of a huge community. he has what it takes to be huge1/2

    @Shawhelp Do we know why it went from a 40 to a 90 a few months ago and is about as fast as it would be if it routed through Ontario? It rrally seems like this is a messed up ping issue.

    @Shawhelp i am in bc. I ping 60 to ubisoft servers in new york and 90 to their west coast server. Is there a missing link in the route or a bad server?

    Legit so fkn angry at @Shawhelp and their lack of customer service - ruining my business revenue and making this a god damn headache I guess they’re checked out from @Rogers I don’t have time to do the Cx service BS every time this does down / lose upload connection. FIX IT

    @Shawhelp Never heard back. However I have seen shaw trucks on block. Imagine they have disrupted service for a hour. Have since came back on.

    @FrustrationIsle @Shawhelp I understand how you feel I too was having this issue few days ago but thanks to @Recoverytech100 on Instagram he was the one who came to my aid the support was unable to help instead they auto responded to my complaint
