@Shawhelp Sorry, I don't do dm's for a number of reasons, and should not be forced to. All I'm asking is for you to to get to the bottom of this pixelation issue from the bigger networks, or your IT department. I'm not the only one that has this issue.

Had issues in south Red Deer watching TV channels on BlueCurve last night between 2-3am. Couldn't sleep. Woke up and it's working fine now. No mention on the outages page. @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp It’s back. Modem went to blinking yellow and now it’s back to solid white. There are two blue Shaw trucks just down the street so I’ll chalk it up to them.

Hey, @ShawInfo, why is it when I try and get troubleshooting help with your connectivity issues that need to be escalated support your first-level techs box me out with a mandatory but unfillable survey? That is some grade-A evil corporate **** right there. I'm completely stuck.
