    @Shawhelp We really need wait times & callback from Rogers with Shaw support. We had this for > 10 years before it was stopped. Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

    @Shawhelp You have NO IDEA how inconvenient it is, especially when you are in the middle of transferring between flights and hotels and your email is down.

    @Shawhelp I’ve had 2, and they both have. I am just disappointed and done with this modem. Service used to be so much better.

    Is anyone else in #Winnipeg having trouble with their @Shawhelp internet. I’m doing everything I can to avoid calling but I fear it’s inevitable…
