The service drops out ALMOST EVERYNIGHT around midnight and the modem has to be reset in the morning. 10 years with @Shawhelp and never a single issue. 6 months with TELUS and nothing but issues

I had a USB extension cable from my adapter to the computer USB input to be closer to the Router and it had become unstable so I got got rid of it. Thank you for your concern, carry on please.
