    Jeebus @Shawhelp why is the internet such a pile of delay at 3:00 in the morning? This is Dalhousie, Calgary and I constantly have to renew the DHCP lease just to get google earth to refresh. It doesn’t even matter which room I’m in or which network I am using.

    @ShawInfo waited 4 hours for a confirmed tech appointment to fix my internet that hasn’t worked steadily for 2+ weeks. Nobody shows. Find out nobody was even assigned to my service request.

    @Shawhelp hi, I don’t know why I can’t watch the Oilers game on TSN. It says the game is not available in my region. I live in Edmonton. The game is in Edmonton. Watching through the app and restarted my phone as @RogersHelps was having network issues earlier

    @NapsAndSarcasm @Shawhelp The square thing is beside every tv; my modem is on the main floor (recommended by shaw) and I have a network switch thingy in the basement) when I signed up for blue curve I was told I’d be getting portals that could hardwire directly to the tv via Ethernet. They lied
