Nothing like getting harrassed by a foreign call centre that is clearly spoofing BC numbers. FIX IT, @ShawInfo. Seven calls in the past 40 minutes alone. There is a special place in Hell for scammers. Your anti-spam algorithms are NOT working.

  • TerryPettigrew1 Terry Pettigrew (@TerryPettigrew1) reported

@Shawhelp My phone will show strong service (3-5 bars). If I connect to a WiFi network again (e.g. Passpoint) the service will come back. For example, last night, went to Hillside Mall -- 5 bars of service -- but phone was completely unusable.

@Shawhelp Came home after being away for a few weeks to a note on my door saying internet was disconnected for "Noise Affecting the Network". No email, no calls and now I can't have it hooked back up until Jan 2? Not impressed and pretty sure @Tbaytel could hook me up before then

@Shawhelp Our outage isn’t even showing on your status page, and the “Good news! There aren’t any outages” message has been quite the slap in the face. Another part of town has techs working and they’ve only been out since this morning. What gives?
