    Tues nite I was watching hockey at a YEG arena. Having no data I tried to login into the FREE wi-fi from @ShawInfo. Put in my info then got a message saying Shaw will email me a pin to verify me. Gonna email the person with no internet access. #Helpful

    @Shawhelp Next to no service. Speedtest says 4mbps down and zero upload before crashing. Nothing is functional. Got Twitter after 1/2 hour wait. This is gig service?

    @Shawhelp @whale_frank It’s a KNOWN ISSUE. Our local tech ops manager escalated it. Fix it and stop sending people to your DMs.

    @TrustTheHoff @FelixLaPoubelle @Shawhelp For me, the Shaw & SN Now apps stream perfect. I only notice the pixelation on my BlueCurve boxes. It’s just something they can’t or won’t fix. Shaw told me it was a channel frequency issue. Since it started in November when Shaw put 4K up, I’m guessing it’s a bandwidth issue.

    @Rockawaytheday @DanTheBookMan2 @Shawhelp Ouch. I got my webmail back around 8am, but anything directed at my inbox in the 6 hours prior is pretty much gone. I’ve had the problem you describe when my inbox was full. I can’t delete messages from webmail my devices, but I can delete emails from webmail on my desktop.
