@telus if Telus sales people were smart, they’d have a signup special right now for all the @Shawhelp people right now. Over 12 hours and no internet, no eta. Bad customer service.

Hey @Shawhelp I just had to adjust all the downtime’s for my 3 kids (which was a lot of them) by an hour because DST messed them all up. Us folks in SK don’t change times. Can you fix that for next time change please

@Shawhelp we had issues with wifi for many years and have made multiple calls/tweets. Finally an agent sent us a new splitter and said that was the solution. Now still no blue curve and terrible wifi. Will I ever get good service from Shaw???
