  • ScuderiaF1Pod Scuderia F1 Podcast (@ScuderiaF1Pod) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@Shawhelp Hi Kyle - I keep insisting on escalating this but nobody at Shaw will help with this. 1.5 weeks of outage is unacceptable (especially since I know specifically what the issue is and have explained it multiple times). Please slide me a DM so I can pass on my personal contact.

  • mig30m6 mig30m6 (@mig30m6) reported

@PaulDoroshenko @ShawInfo It also doesn't help that as of next week There are part of Rogers Communications which has their own nasty habits

  • sherilaine Sheri (@sherilaine) reported

@Shawhelp why does your webmail suck so bad? Rogers will likely only make it worse. Sorry just venting.

  • olive_jackie Jackie Olive (@olive_jackie) reported

@JustCariL @Shawhelp Not sure they know….one agent at 6:00 am said there was a fire in our area, after that it’s just been “working on it” we have had downed trees loss of power, but never an outage for this long…quite frustrating

  • JustCariL x - Cari (@JustCariL) reported

@DarshanVancity @olive_jackie @Shawhelp Hard to imagine what could have happened that is so difficult to fix

  • Bo05Tcs Bo05T🍊 (@Bo05Tcs) reported

@Shawhelp please fix the internet at white rock. It’s been almost a whole day and still 0 update on what is going on.

  • JustCariL x - Cari (@JustCariL) reported

@olive_jackie @DarshanVancity @Shawhelp To be fair, it's hard to tell what it's going to take to fix a problem until they determine what the problem is. **** happens...I just expect a credit for this major inconvenience. They can't control everything but they can control that.

  • AGeorgeMichael AGeorgeMichael (@AGeorgeMichael) reported

@ShawInfo I love how I can’t watch an on demand show and pause it to take a break without restarting it over because it doesn’t support fast forwarding. #cutthecord

  • Bigroyalt Travis Lahey (@Bigroyalt) reported

@Shawhelp I am on CTV now and it hasn’t happened yet. I went back to #TSN and it was still glitching. I checked my signal strength and it is 97 so. It sure what the issue is

  • SuperDave2687 Dave (@SuperDave2687) reported

@ScuderiaF1Pod @MarkinVancity @ShawInfo Shaw: “We’re sorry you’re experiencing problems, but we really think it’s a ‘you’ problem, so we’re not really that sorry.”
