    @Shawhelp is there still an outage in the Winnipeg/Robertson, MB area?? internet and cable went down around 8PM last night. its been 11 hours.

    The bane of being technical is talking to technical support of companies like @Shawhelp, I know they mean well but asking me to try obvious things I would have already tried is a waste of both my and their tech's time. But ofcourse the tech has a flowchart to follow.
