    @LHKirkland1 @ShawInfo We've had issues with our internet and some of our TV channels going out when it gets hot this summer and the past 2 summers. Everything has been rewired and it's still happening - just not as often as last year

    @Laydee_El @Shawhelp Shaw sucks. They installed a new line, within a few hours ruining my view, so when they want to work fast they sure can.

    @Shawhelp I've been keeping an eye out for updates on your website, and they're pretty scarce. I understand that the repairs will take time, but it would be nice to have something to reference. Even knowing what the issue is would help, right now your customers have nothing to go off.

    @Shawhelp Sum1 lit a garbage can on fire behind an ally near sait last night-that garbage can lit the power line pole on fire and burned all the power-Shaw -Telus lines. - as per my last dog walk on 16th it looks like crews are working their tail off to get it back up and running.

    @Shawhelp An “outage alert” is not an explanation. Anyone here had any experience with @TELUS internet? Cause I’m ready to switch. Calling them today.
