    @Janesmith6043 @Shawhelp Can't find a Shaw tech if my life depended on it right now. Shaw is directing people to their website for the latest updates where it does not show the latest update. Terrible customer service, at best.

    Hey, @Shawhelp, any idea why we can get some cable stations but not others? I've checked these ok (-Shaw nos.): CNN-220, CBC-4, CTV-2,CTV@-9,Global-8,PBS-104, YesTV-215,Sportsnet-223 BUT NOT: TCM-49,CBCNN-227,SN-224,231,235 Pls help ASAP. Thx.

    @JonasDesrosiers @Shawhelp What I find frustrating is the lack of responsibility. If you messed up, own the mistake- especially as a corp. I've been playing back and forth on this for months now. I wonder about my rights as a consumer to void the contract, as I've paid but the service has been subpar.
