I also suggest that @shawinfo's TV/internet service/technical support are such **** that they are over with complaints, and that is why they just refuse to compensate.

@ShawInfo thanks for cancelling my install appointment, that was booked 2 months ago, without any notice today. Had to call to find out it was cancelled. Had to push a bunch of stuff back now. Not a good start for a new customer…
