    @Shawhelp Internet speeds are seriously reduced for me in the Aldergrove/Abbotsford area. 0.5 - 1.0 Mbps. Trouble on your end?

    @Shawhelp I need a new PVR..... no I don’t want to test it....the one we have has caused us so many problems ..... i just want to plug in a new one cant rewind ....... recorded stuff is messed up.... help!!!!!!

    @Shawhelp I must say; what happened to this world where companies actually cared about customer service and loyalty. Been a customer for over 30 yrs, never missed a bill payment and I get the run around.... no cable, no internet for two weeks and you say wait another week.. SMH!

    It has been a full business day since @Shawhelp stated that they were attempting to fix the internet outage in the Red Deer/Olds area. We recieved one update at ******* NOON and have not heard anything since. We, as in those affected by this outage, had best recieve compenaation
