    @Shawhelp Our timeshift channels disappeared a few weeks ago. Rebooted system. Shaw online chat is not live. 10 min between responses. Ready to boot Shaw and Blue Curve to the curb and go full streaming. Now told we do not subscribe to time shift?? We never u subscribed?

    .@Shawhelp it’d be nice if, when you offered the call back service for ‘next caller in line’ and you call back, you aren’t stuck on hold for 45 minutes... for a simple 1 minute call, need the technician back because the first trip didn’t solve the problem. I hung up.

    PS, it looks like @novusnow is all over #SurreyBc and you can get 100mbps up and down for $45. You can tell both @telus and @Shawhelp to kick rocks! Internet should not be coating $100+ If you don't know now you know.

    @Shawhelp Thank you so much for the absymal service! I love not being able to stream on a service that can't keep a constant upload speed. BTW how much is a new modem? Your incompetent tech support caused me to drop it a few times.... very forcefully.
