  @Shawhelp Just watching Pennywise and the tv screen froze for 10 seconds. Then went black for 2 minutes then came back. Then 5 minutes later went black again. Sure would have been nice if that Shaw tech came during the appointment time today to fix the signal strength issue.

  @Shawhelp why is it when I call in and request a call back rather than wait on hold then I get an auto call back, told I'm number one in the queue and am still waiting on hold over 40 minutes? This is awful service. A call back should be a real person.

  @Shawhelp Just wasted 2 hours waiting for a Shaw tech who never showed up to check our tv signal which is bad then another hour on hold for Shaw support trying to find out what happened to the scheduled appointment. When Shaw Rep finally picked up they had no excuse for why

  @Shawhelp why Your Techs Never Show up for Appointments , I am working from home and moved in new house recently. Need Internet as my life depends on it, Its been a week since no internet and shaw has no answer for me. Why ? #Bc #Chilliwack #Shawdisappointment
