    @Shawhelp It's awfully cute this message Unfortunately, the supervisor apparently didn't understand the issues were and had been completely unhelpful. You can't just charge people for services they cancelled. Or I guess you can, cuz you do Maybe more people should be aware. @CBCNews

    @TELUSsupport is a joke. Offered me $150 credit for 3.5 years of internet problems. The manager would not escalate my concern. @ShawInfo do you have any promotions on now?

    @Shawhelp So what's up with the internet srevice in Beddington Heights?We've had the internet down at least 6-7 times a day the last week and already twice today in the middle of Nascar. Not good :(

    Look, I'm not saying that every vendor's customer service chat function sucks *** but in my experience every single one does. Thank you to the people at @Shawhelp who answer the phone to my exasperated self. And thank you to the chat workers who tried.

    @ShawInfo - You sell me a service claiming its fibre but its actually Cable - I move to a new address, you say there is no service in my area - I sign up for Telus & call shaw for cancelling - Now you say there is service here and charge me $75 cancellation fee. What the hell?

    @Shawhelp The search function on my cable box doesn't work. Every other menu function works. My remote control works fine.
