Look; You get on the Damn Ball and connect with your 'Business Department' regale them with this Information - and Fix the Damn Problem.     @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp I left Roger's for Shaw because Roger's service was so bad. Now I guess they've infected Shaw. Our whole cable telecom system needs revamping to increase competition. Corporations were price fixing bread so it's not surprising what they've done with telecom.

    @Shawhelp so extremely frustrated. Spent the last while talking to various help bots and a live agent. With no resolution. Sahe has a none issue and no time frame to a fix. And no management works on weekends? #corupt telecom.@CRTCeng

    @Shawhelp I have no ability to phone people or text people or connect to the internet thru my data. It started at the beginning of the day - about 8:00 am. I’m frustrated because it is difficult to get help on a device that has no cell service.
