    Great work @Shawhelp - your technicians have now missed TWO of their scheduled appointments to install internet at our house. And now we have ZERO internet. Please sort it out and get a technician here ASAP. If this is how your new customer setup process goes, not sure I'll stay!

    @Shawhelp having another night of constant drop outs of service after twenty technician visits. Most recent one was this morning, complete with bucket lifter to replace cat5 cable to the house from the street. Still no Netflix for me. I’m at my wits end.
