Our @Shawhelp PVR is terrible. Anything we watch in playback does nothing but skip and cut out. What's the point in having a PVR if everything we record is completely UNWATCHABLE?!

@ShawInfo I have intermittent internet issue so I reached out to Shaw customer support, booked an appointment for 7th July 2021. Technician just called me once, didn’t knock at the door & went away without resolving issue. Not getting convincing reply from support. Plz help

@Shawhelp Very disappointed as a 25 year customer we are moving and you don’t provide service in our new area and will not allow us to keep our email address. Willing to pay a monthly fee, very poor customer service.

@atoonk @ShawInfo That's not terrible for nearly cross country, but like, sending DNS that far? Why. Using an LAX based DNS provider would be faster.
