@Shawhelp Thanks, maybe so have bad luck but whenever I encounter a Shaw public wifi it always wants my shaw credentials which I don’t have because you don’t provide services to my street. I will watch closer for your free service.

Thank you @Shawhelp for crediting my acct due to the almost 2 week no power issue, didn’t have to ask - emailed to inform of the gesture. Something @koodo refused to do in regards to me having to buy additional data during that time when I reached out.

@Shawhelp Help or lack there of? I have no internet and shaw will do nothing about it except they are sending a technician to my home on October 28th.. That is nearly 30 years as a customer of Shaw that Shaw is tossing out the window.
