@ShawInfo I’ve had Shaw pixilation/freezing since March. The issue continues despite many calls and 2 tech visits. Every time I call tech support they have no notes about my previous calls and we start over. TV service is still unwatchable. How can I get what I’m paying for?😐

Unbelievable. My cable went out, so I called @ShawInfo only to discover they no longer have 24/7 support. I couldn’t reach anyone until 7 AM. This will likely be the last straw to make me pull the plug on Shaw. With half the country working from home, what a stupid move.

Gotta love when @ShawInfo internet just goes down at 3 am while you’re just trying to live your life without any mention of maintenance anywhere. Pretty huge pain in the *** and very sketchy that they make you re-sign a contract to simply upgrade your modem to a better one.
