    @shawhelp 90 min on the phone with your call center to be told the modem needs replacing, will take 2 days to get a modem in Calgary, 3 days for a technician, that Shaw has no one who addresses customer concerns & no option to pick up a modem. Worst customer service ever.

    @Shawhelp Already had issues like this fixed recently so thinking this is an issue on your end since other people are having the same issue as me when this alert comes across. We don’t like on the same area even.

    @Shawhelp your rep thinks the only confirmation questions she can ask involve when I started using shaw services. I've been w/ you my entire adult life so it's impossible for me to recall PLUS I'm on chat often enough & have NEVER been posed these obscure questions. Help please

    @Shawhelp Yeah… your link just takes me to a web link, and I don’t use Twitter in browser. So I’ll say it here, @ShawInfo slows down and destabilizes their existing customers to get them to upgrade to new “more reliable” service. #ShawCanada #ShawInternet

    Our internet is constantly going down @Shawhelp, and it's been spotty and random for weeks now. Resetting our router doesn't help.
