    @Shawhelp Good Morning. My internet is down this morning. I can connect to the Wifi but there is no internet. I am in SW calgary. I powerd my cable modem off and on, and no luck.

    Our @Shawhelp modem/router just did a hard crash. No internet AND refused to connect to devices. Thankfully a power cycle seems to have resolved whatever the issue is, along with restarting my computers.

    Had a couple of @Shawhelp techs pop by this am to fix some wiring. One of them asked what I did. Me: I do the news. Tech: No way! For the brown channel?

    Tried to login to my @Shawhelp Mobile account using SMS 2FA. Somehow ended up with 6 one-time codes, and none of them worked. Tried the email option, which I got 20 minutes later. Nicely done, Shaw. When 2FA doesn't work, people can't access their accounts. We know that, right?

    2nd time Internet goes out randomly in the middle of the night. Thanks @ShawInfo ! Never using your internet again. You’re just as bad as rogers when it comes to basic internet needs and gaming.
