    @bombay_poetess @TELUS @ShawInfo Don’t bother with Telus. We had the same experience with home security install. We had no technician show up for both of service calls. Even after the first time getting our address wrong they screwed up the second time. Don’t use Telus.

    @Shawhelp ...especially since it's been almost two hours since I was told I'd been sent an email confirming the appointment, yet nothing. I wonder if the other customer got it instead. 😕

    The worst thing happened and my @Shawhelp page up and down skip forward presets reverted to their default 5 minute skip. Why on Earth would anyone want to skip 5 minutes at a time?

    Any others having poor connectivity with the Oilers and Canada soccer games? #shawhelp. Games keep freezing and then restarting.

    @Shawhelp hey, I'm having issue with my connection. Like some sites load and some don't. Lots of issues with requested images not loading. Issue seems to come from external sources based on traceroute output
