    Any recommend a internet/cable service? I'm sick of Shaw! My cable & internet are always going down. I literally only have cable for hockey. The @Shawhelp crew are always responsive & helpful but you can only unplug reset & check your cords so many times before you give up #yyc

  • danszabo Dan/Danny/Daniel (@danszabo) reported

    @Shawhelp @kfarenholtz Lol.. the worst.

  • eNdblu Nick W (@eNdblu) reported

    @Shawhelp My modem is flashing orange this morning. I'm assuming something happened somewhere with all the wind and power outages last night? Is there an ETA on the fix as both my wife and I work from home

  • BPetersWatral Brenda Peters-Ватраль RN(NP), PhD (@BPetersWatral) reported

    @Shawhelp Nope! Spent a long time on the phone with a customer service person - we got the "News Package" and had to pay extra for CBC News Network. No confusion. Clear as a bell. $4/month. Complained til they credited the amount, but still forced to have Faux News.

    @TELUS if I could skull punch you I would rn, you guys literally have the worst services ever. @ShawInfo is 10000x’s better

  • kfarenholtz Kathy Farenholtz (@kfarenholtz) reported

    @Shawhelp It seems to magically have sorted itself out overnight. I guess your techs resolved the problem. Thanks for reaching out, though.

  • BeaumontPhysio Beaumont Physio (@BeaumontPhysio) reported

    Ugh @Shawhelp our phones & internet are down…. Again….Please don’t tell me to call you. The amount of business I lose because you are so inconsistent & with no reimbursement. Beyond frustrating. Will definitely be switching to @TELUS as you can’t provide the contracted service

  • averagejoseph0 Avergejoseph (@averagejoseph0) reported

    @Shawhelp I appreciate the 25g of data in your network but when your off it the 2gb is Useless. As I work from my phone on the road I need better coverage

  • anuragdarvekar Anurag Darvekar (@anuragdarvekar) reported

    @Shawhelp you guys are really PIA, I don't know why I believed that you will still be a good choice for a mobile service provider. Can you please tell me how to do a compliant with CRTC against your services? Is there an award for worst customer service in Canada for you?

  • blizzard44ca Carol Mulder (@blizzard44ca) reported

    @Shawhelp So you can tell me the problem is on my end, and to use webmail if I can’t figure it out (like the other person on this thread) No thanks, just fix it.
