    @Shawhelp Hi, my internet has been down about 7hrs now and I'm not seeing my location in the outage section. I contacted support earlier and she said there was an open incident INC1743915 for my area. My postal code is V3B7W4. Any ETA's on service restoration?

    @Shawhelp my internet has been out for almost 3 hours now. I’ve tried to get ahold of support but it kept cutting out. I finally got through to someone and they’re making me wait until tomorrow to send someone out to fix. Please help!

    PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.
