    @Shawhelp I have contacted Shaw regarding an issue accessing my mobile account 4 or 5 times now. My tickets keep getting automatically closed without resolution or anyone contacting me. I am beyond frustrated at this point and need someone who can actually assist.

    @Shawhelp are there outage issues in Sylvan Lake? Our landline (yeah yeah we still have one) says No Line and our internet is dropping. I work from home so this is a bit of an issue. Tried restarting the WiFi router already about 45 mins ago

    Hey @Shawhelp you need to get your legs moving and pedal faster! My internet is BS as usual. I have a new modem from you and did your usual unplug/plug in, high level of service advice… what next? Our history is not good.
