@Shawhelp After a power outage in Capilano in Edmonton, I am seeing “signal loss” message on TB, and internet service hasn’t come back either. Is this a known issue in the area, or just one I am seeing?

@TransLink @Shawhelp That shouldn't be the case, I tried for more than 5 minutes, of which the R4 would have traveled quite some distance. My screenshot shows I was connected to TransLinkWiFi! The connection issue was shown as another webpage, not an error message from my device. It came from Shaw!

I can't believe how horrible a company @Shawhelp has become since @Rogers took over. They have totally destroyed their business relationship with me. I guess loyalty means mouthing to these companies. Hopefully @TELUS can do better.
