    @Shawhelp My troubleshooting: observing it happening randomly. There is no pattern to it and no cause-and-effect device use. What I am observing is an inconsistent delivery of service that I as a consumer cannot elucidate the reason for. Step up your game. @TELUS looks better every day.

    Getting @Shawhelp mobile was the worst decision I ever made. Useless coverage if you want anything even remotely fast for data. Really? 3G at YYZ? Dropped calls all over Barrie area. Great if you never leave the Calgary. Son “ran out” of Data in Vernon after 2 of 25Gb.

    @Shawhelp yea, I have a question, why the hell doesn't your service dept answer their damn phones (over 25 minutes on hold!!) or the email's submitted in via the website? NOT even a call back feature? Come On!

    @Shawhelp so if you have no outages on your service map hone come it will take to Thursday to fix my daughters outage? No internet/ cable in south Calgary

    @BillKingLanark @ShawInfo Throw a large garbage bag over their curb box until they seal it. Watch them and tell them if they don't seal it the bag goes back on

    @Shawhelp @ErikVyyc It lists all of southern Alberta to having outages but only few fix in progress for parts of Calgary no info for chestermere and been out over an hour
