    @Shawhelp cable issues again with channels glitching and freezing and audio issues. This is getting to be a common issue and Shaw needs to step up and fix this once and for all or if not your competition will be very happy to welcome new customers!!

    @Shawhelp Why do you guys CONSTANTLY screw up the GUIDE. Today, for example, your guide shows that Tennis is on TSN 4... but it turns out to be USA v GERMANY in the WHC. This happens ALL THE TIME. Get your **** together!!!

    @Shawhelp Starter at 10 pm on Sunday night. Internet is LAGGY and even shuts off for a few minutes. It's 12:48 am and still nothing. Been waiting for 3 hours on the 24 hour support line at the website, no response from anyone yet.
