Not to mention it took 5 tries to even get the hold music. Is anyone in @MarkJCarney office & his cabinet reviewing this pathetic excuse for a company. Seems like a classic case of bigger and no competition & little To no oversight results even worse service, selection & little To no help for customers when needed or to resolve situations
