Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

Please have someone look at this earliest. I am a customer of past 3 years. I will disconnect my service right away if I didnt proper response.

Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.
