    @DianneC_BC @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I am being told that Shaw did restore it on Friday. But there is a "routing" problem... which is resulting in same thing as phone not being restored. When I call my bro's number, a recorded voice says: "The number you have reached is not in service."

    @Shawhelp Also our power went on and off over 6 times last night, would that cause damage to our router?

    @KimPigSquash @Shawhelp @ShawInfo It's not restored if you can't get a call through, is it, Shaw? Don't know what "routing" prob. would mean. Is this caused by phone service being cut off, originally, I wonder. Incredibly worrying for you.

    @Shawhelp How about Duncan, Van Island. No service here, no replies to DMs sent yesterday. Is this an area outage or just us? Not seeing anyone at Christmas is bad enough, not being able to Zoom either would be brutal
