@ShawInfo I pay a lot of money for internet services, why is it always so slow or not even available? It's not like I'm paying for your bottom tier here. I'm gonna switch services, multiple days a month of no internet isn't worth over $100

@ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus
