@Rogers I’m so glad you guys are crediting the country “A ******* DAY” when you caused so much more than you ignorantly think. People couldn’t call 911, debit was down so people had to use credit if they weren’t conveniently located by their branch. @Shawhelp BUYER BEWARE!!

@Shawhelp Thanks for reaching out. I've checked the service page. There was no service outage in my area. I had to contact your online support and rebooked an on-site inspection. My son is taking online courses in his summer school of Gr 11. He is heavily dependent on this link.

@Shawhelp I’ll see if I need to reboot again tomorrow. Once a quarter isn’t bad. Daily isn’t a good thing.

@CelesteCote @jansensan @ShawInfo Totes. Asking for my first name, last name, phone number, email, and full postal code - and those being mandatory to access a "free" service... C'mon.

@Shawhelp I've spent hours with tech support and waiting for techs to arrive. They look at my modem signal and say... Oh you're not even online. Today... was oh they fixed the local node. All good. Well it isn't.

@Shawhelp Thanks but ethical consent doesn't work that way. Why make it an option when it's not actually an option?

@Shawhelp I don’t really need help, I just think it’s unhelpful to send new equipment to a senior citizen and then not allow someone to help her set it up. I got it sorted out, just a terrible decision

@ShawInfo I don't want to be a Rogers customer. Tell your bosses I'll pull your line from my outside wall if that happens.

@Rogers wanting to take over @ShawInfo while convincing regulators that @Verizon entry to Canada would be detrimental is exactly the greed that we don't want in #Canada. #Canadians pay the highest cost for cell service for now we know has no redundancy for system failure.

@Rogers @ShawInfo since switching cell service from Rogers to Shaw ~20 months ago I've saved over $2000. That's pretty significant.
