    @Shawhelp Shouldn't all the outlets be activated when the service is first started? It's completely blowing my mind that Shaw wants to charge customers $50/room to move their PC's/TV's around in their own home if the room has existing coax outlets already. 😱

    My issue with @ShawInfo got resolved after 1 good conversation with a tech that would listen to me and a customer service representative that knew what was up

    Making that switch to @TELUS 100% guarantee faster speeds and better customer service. @Shawhelp maybe you should learn something from your competitors

    Horrible service from @Shawhelp Online chat and they disconnect during the chat stating inactivity seconds after they send a message.

    @Shawhelp Have been in this house for 15+ years and have had shaw equally as long. It's not new construction, the lines have been there as long as the house has been. Shaw just apparently never activated all the outlets. :/
