    @Shawhelp You service is a nightmare. I had a technician scheduled for today. He didn’t call or show up. I am online chatting and they don’t know why my appointment was randomly cancelled. I have gotten cut off from my agent. And now have to explain the whole scenario again

    @Shawhelp SmartVoice is completely down, along with the support numbers for SmartVoice support. Not a mention on your page is odd.
