    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp we had Shaw here - they traded service areas with Rogers and over night we became Rogers cable fodder .. traded like a 4th line man for a draft pick next year ... best of luck with your new office

    @Shawhelp I am expecting some form@of compensation for a service that I am paying for but I have not been able to use for the last 9.5 hours and counting .

    @PaulDoroshenko Can attest, @ShawHelp is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Absolutely no customer service. No idea who created the we need your Acct #, name, address, etc etc to answer even a simple question (that had nothing to do with our acct)!

Look; You get on the Damn Ball and connect with your 'Business Department' regale them with this Information - and Fix the Damn Problem. You should further Compensate him for the Work Hours you've Stolen.
