Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

@Shawhelp ******* hell!! You guys wouldn’t let us change our services, I can’t get consistency between the “Customer Care” and “Customer Success “ teams!! ABSOLUTELY REDUNDANT!! Our bill is stupid, we can never verify ourselves with your CSR’s!! THEY NEVER HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO!

@JayIsPainting @Shawhelp I switched to Telus a few years ago and have no regrets. They just sent someone out to check our lines as there have been issues in my area. They called me to provide better service and send a tech! #nocomplaints
