    After two more missed appointments today, I finally gave on getting my services installed by @telus. So I switched over to @ShawInfo, who gave me a great deal. Funny thing is, I was perfectly happy with my @telus service, until the forced me to "upgrade".

    @Shawhelp it is literally all, or nearly all, of them. they constantly switch numbers or I would simply block them. some providers allow you to block entire area codes; as long as the calls went to voicemail and I could whitelist people on my contact list, this would solve my problem.

    @Shawhelp The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Actually, it DOES NOT EXIST. Will be looking into SWITCHING our tv service & DEFINITELY WILL NOT get anything else from them. GOODBYE SHAW. Do not attempt to pursued me. I will not DM u.

    @Shawhelp Is there currently any outage in lower mainland BC? No home internet - we've tried resetting the router. Router is fine but no internet.

    @Shawhelp Calgary DT SW internet outage is going on since yesterday, What’s the ETA to get the services back online? Really frustrating.
