Regrets of long term relationships. What's yours? I've been with Shaw communications @ShawInfo for 15+ years. In Nov I changed providers due to very low Internet service & returned equipment except what they call a Set-top box. Instead of @Shawhelp telling me I did not return

The latest ‘pending’ decision is in regard to Band 10, Internet Service (1001 Mbps – 1500 Mbps). @ShawInfo has broken with the procedure for this again, by arbitrary setting an “acceptable range” for this band, $101.69-$127 Per month. But has not provided a cost analysis. 11/

Is it just me or is @ShawInfo always having issues with their service and no matter the date and time, they are always experiencing higher than usual call volume? Is the base call volume based on 1993? #serviceinteruption
