@Shawhelp Jut like I figured. It is now the afternoon and @Shawhelp @ShawInfo still hasn't sent me an update via DM. It's because they have no answers. #nobodys knows how to fix the problem yet I'm trapped in their #contract with #noservice. Don't get trapped like I am. look elsewhere!

Looking for an #internet provider. Please think again if you are looking @ShawInfo @Shawhelp. I'm a 20 year customer and have had no internet for 10 days with no end in sight. #poorcustomerservice doesn't think it's a priority to get it fixed. Please look for a #reliable option.

@Shawhelp Unfortunately the support team could care less. I've been a customer for 20 years. I've had no internet for 10 days and it will be 14 by the time another tech shows up. I can't understand how you can force me to wait another week when the problem wasn't fixed the first time

Back to using the Free WiFi from down the road again. Thanks @ShawInfo I wish my modem didn't continue to drop Wifi signal & disconnect. Really really appreciate it, especially when I need internet for work and streaming. Super reliable service @Shawhelp. Sorry to my viewers.

@ShawInfo Enough data? .Unlimited internet? I haven't had internet in 14 days and counting. I wonder if I will ever have internet again. Don't let @Shawhelp @shawinfo fool you. When your contract is up look elsewhere. If you aren't a customer than don't become one. Don't get trapped.
