Take advantage of the fact that you can’t do any of the activities you want to do by sitting on hold to convince a human in customer service to break you off a discount on your monthly bill! I’m on hold right now myself!

So, because Purolator lost the package, I can't activate my internet. Problems! On Day 6 of trying to solve this.
