    @StrngLilPlanet @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Crescent heights too actually most of the north end of Calgary. Mines been out since 3pm. Total blackout! No phone(landline) no internet no TV! No ETA on when it’ll be fixed either! 🤬

    @Shawhelp Yeah at 1pm Pacific time the tech support line was closed even though the web site says it should be open. Hence Twitter.

    @Shawhelp @CBCCalgary- do you think you can cover this story. all of north Calgary is down. I have not had services since 6 am this morning. I live in Renfrew. A lot of businesses appear to be down as well. @Shawhelp just says they working on it.

    @Shawhelp @Laydee_El A few outages - it is all of north Calgary - my internet has been offline since 6:00 am this morning. This is a long outage.
