@Shawhelp Your callback service is broken (has been all week). Asks if you want a callback, says wait time is (ie. 60 minutes). When you approve the callback and hang up, it calls you back immediately, says you're now #1 in the queue, but still makes you wait on hold for an hour.

@Shawhelp I just want to be able to help my students and let my kids take their classes with their teachers. It's that simple. It's as simple as offering a service, paying good money for it, and then not receiving it. It should be an easy problem to solve.

@Shawhelp 3mbs is considered dreadfully slow and that's literally what I get on average and pay 100$ a month for. Plugged in to ethernet

@Shawhelp It's not even that, your service department is so useless it's not worth paying them. They shouldn't have jobs. They sit there doing nothing keeping people on hold for almost an hour, and then look at the screen for 2 seconds to put them back on hold 'because they can't help'

@Shawhelp We've been through the checklists umpteen times. Shouldn't take that many diagnostics to figure it out. I'll be honest, I think it's a core reluctance by the company to consider a solution that may be expensive

@Shawhelp Lol. It will have been a full year next week that I've been dealing with the same ongoing internet issue. Doubt you can fix it in a DM.
