@ShawInfo your customer service is abhorrent! Spoke with Ramid in retention, and he was extremely rude. For the monthly $ customers pay, as well as being a customer for 11 years, this is beyond unacceptable. I think it is finally time to cut ties with your deplorable service.

@Shawhelp Hi there, we’re having error messages when we try to access our recorded shows on our bluecurve. Is there something wrong? I’ve done a full system refresh and a restart, but the issue is still there.

@Shawhelp I tried one, but we can’t reply to any of them, other users were able to post messages that they were also having problems. So, users can post a topic message, but nobody can reply.
