@Shawhelp I know you don't charge for them, but you do throttle data speeds so that it is impossible for people to actually get good service. Not everyone can afford the unlimited plan.

Just got off a support chat with @ShawInfo where I got told that Port Forwarding has been permanently disabled on user accounts. This is breaking my VoIP connection. Say it ain't so! I've been a loyal Shaw customer for 20 years, but this might be enough to get me to switch.

@brrittannyh @Shawhelp I just switched to Shaw this past month too. Got sick of @TELUSsupport's shitty service. Past month of dealing with them has been a nightmare.
