    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    @Shawhelp Because it’s a loud modem from the start/ in general. The worst modem I’ve ever had. I honestly miss our old modem.

    @Shawhelp I’m getting no signal on one of my tvs and the box underneath has no lights but the other boxes do. I changed the hdmi cable and still nothing.

    @Shawhelp My internet has been cutting out at least once a day for the past few weeks. Called in once before and was told there was a problem in my area but nothing has changed since then. I'm on Zoom at least once/week & need it reliable. Really getting sick of the bad service.

    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?
