    @Shawhelp I’ve already updated it. It took 45 minutes. All because your website lacks the option to let me do it myself. An option offered by so so many other online account management tools and websites. Whats the problem here?

    @Shawhelp Well thanks for not helping... Don Pro tip, when a customer points out something hasn't worked out for them before don't recommend it back to them (I called tech support twice tonight already) I had hoped you would have taken the initiative and have this network issue escalated

    Oh man. Like anything user interface-wise made by non gamers for any online account is so brutal. It takes all of 5 seconds to update credit card info for xbox/psn/Nintendo but to update my card info for my internet provider? Its been 45 minutes. Get your **** together @Shawinfo
