    @Shawhelp The olympic channel often has problems with the signal breaking up. This has been going on for days. W of Calgary. Any known problems?

    @Shawhelp I worked with chat support already thank you. They say “interference in our area”, and now 3 days before a tech will be out to check. Not an acceptable customer service solution unfortunately.

    The hoops one has to jump through to cancel cable and telephone for a loved one that is dying and in hospice care. Shame on you @Shawhelp @shawinfo Your customer service rep. discussing their own history with cancer was an added #disgraceful , cherry on top. #Shawcable
