    sadness @Shawhelp TV not working - TWO days tech help + many previous days w/o @weathernetwork wait SIX more days b4 physical tech help available - can record & watch things but major sadness for those who need live updates - gonna have to figure compensation once fixed @ShawInfo

    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp Did he try to sell you cell service? I had a very specific issue with a modem they sent me (that I didn’t want or need and that didn’t work) and every phone call as I tried to get them to stop billing me for the faulty modem I’d returned they attempted to sell me more services.

    Hate good customer support, signed up for internet with @ShawInfo . They will lie to you, extort you based on those lies, hang up on you when you are upset about this , ever other person will waste your time , mock you, and blame you . It was a really great 3hr experience.

    @ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

    i used to really like @ShawInfo but has their customer service ever gone downhill. what an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. always have to talk to five different people to try and get issues solved.

    @Shawhelp Sadly we do this and are told same things disconnect all for 30 seconds the plug back in etc. No one is too concerned with the frequency of the service crashing. It’s unacceptable and awful. My husband said to the tech service two days ago… talk to you in two days.

    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp If you want you can take the Ferry to Nanaimo their tech call centre is right there it’s probably faster than getting @shaw to help over the phone :-)

    @TELUS or @TELUSsupport I’m getting really sick of having to call in and cancel a service my grandparents never ordered (at 150/MONTH). I’ve had 3 convos with staff, and other family have called 5+ times to get these charges removed. 😡😡 Pretty soon we’re going back to @ShawInfo
